DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Paid for “Ultra Wash” & Tire Dressing. Did not receive either service. The windows were streaked, soap not rinsed off, back of car was still dirty and not even wet. Spoke to 2 employees, the 2nd said he would check the settings and run my car through a 2nd time…he never came back. And I will never go back!

I've taken my car through this wash a handful of times over the last few years, but never again. Today, I paid for the most expensive $15 wash and it seems as if I got a $5 wash. My car wasn't even that dirty, and the wash still left much dirt behind. Furthermore, the most expensive wash is supposed to include a tire shine which was not applied AT ALL. This has happened more than once over the years and this was the last straw. It's not worth my time to seek a refund, I'm just going to be taking my business elsewhere.

I just got a monthly membership here for 37 a month. I hope it will help me save money and help keep my car clean. The gentleman at the store was very helpful and explain the guidelines and cancellation regulations.*It would be nice if the vacuuming was included.

If I could give no stars I would! I got a membership a little over a month ago but I have had nothing but problems. The last time I came when going through it literally ripped the glass to my mirror out causing it to fall and shatter. I have been back and forth with them for weeks now and they are refusing to pay for my mirror to be replaced. On top of that I am still getting charged the monthly membership fee even though I canceled it a month ago! I have no idea what steps I should take next because I am getting nowhere talking to management. Please always look at reviews!!!!!!Please share !

Horrible car wash! Paid for hot wax, it never made it to my Caddy! Wheel shine, didn't get that either! It missed the ENTIRE rear tailgate if my SRX. Won't be going here ever again, should ask for my money back but just not worth the hassle! Pictures don't show the dirt on my tailgate but all thr white marks are dirt and salt!

Can using this gas station/car wash for the last couple of years because of the advertisement /Coupon one dollar off car wash every time you fill up. Third time this week I went in to get gas and was told that I do not get a dollar off because the pump is broken and spits out the coupon. Spoke with manager and told him I have patronized three times now being told the machine was going to get fixed and ask for the discount the car wash with receipt in hand which would’ve been three dollars. Manager told me he couldn’t give me a discount and then I would be welcome to pay full price car wash. Horrible customer service I will never go back again
