Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Envy. This was my first time going and I will never be back. I came in for a full set and a pedicure. While the pedicure was fine, the nails were a complete disaster — they look like a 3-year-old did them. I showed the nail tech exactly what I wanted, and what I got looked nothing like it. I paid $80 for the nails alone, and after expressing how unhappy I was, they gave me $25 back. But now I have to spend more time and money getting them completely redone somewhere else. Save yourself the frustration — DO NOT GO HERE!

Went there the website said it closed at 8 but I went there at 7 and they would not take me because they said they have been slow all day and plan on closing early.

Asked for a classic pedicure, I guess my fault was not stating I wanted a regular nail polish, but it didn’t matter, the owner (or whoever is at the registry) decided I wanted gel. She even claimed I said gel, when I didn’t. Anyway, the job wasn’t even worth it. I am not against guys doing nails. In fact, I had very good experience in the past. But I guess this time was different. He was just trying to get the job done. I even asked what happened with his thumb nail. It looked weird. And I’m sorry if that made him feel uncomfortable but you are touching my feet and nails. Just wanted to some peace of mind, the last thing I want is fungus. He didn’t want to answer what it was, he said his nail is beautiful. There’s no infection control. He even claimed at the end that it was SO HARD to paint my nails.

REQUEST TO NOT HAVE DAVID! Tried to do a girls day with my sister and mom (who is a licensed cosmetologist for 40 years) by having a deluxe pedicure. When David was beyond rude to my mom telling her to lift her foot up higher and higher (he wouldn’t hold her foot up at all). Then he was using the callus remover spatula without the callus remover lotion, she had to tell him it was hurting. He then used the cuticle trimmer/pusher without using any cuticle remover and she asked him to use the remover with his response “oh you want me to use that?”. Then he looked at his coworker and start speaking another language, clearly talking about my mom. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. When we told the receptionist about her experience she said this happens every day and didn’t charge us, which was very nice but ruined our whole experience. We drove 40 minutes to come to this nail spa to enjoy ourselves and relax. We will NEVER be coming back. Thank you David for ruining our girls day.

This place has gone down hill. I got a dip powder mani and gel pedi, and this is what my nails look like sitting in my car outside the salon. I don’t have time to complain and get them fixed, I already spent an hour and half here. I needed them done right the first time. Not to mention he made me bleed.

I got a full set and 2 of my nails fell off within 4 days and all of them fell off within 6 days. Not worth $51 for nails to not even last a week

I try and give Nail Envy a try all the time..Every time I’m disappointed. My husband gave me a gift card there and I used it for a deluxe pedicure ($71). With a deluxe pedicure it is the most expensive one, longer massage and I opted for a gel pedicure.
The nail technician was nice. I was rushed. I realized I was rushed because people that were getting pedicures before me were still in the chair, after I was done. The nail technician said she was super busy today as she was setting up for another client.
My toes look terrible. The polish is thick not smooth. Some parts of my toes aren’t even coated evenly like the rest. The massage wasn’t long enough for it to be a deluxe. I’m just wondering why people that were there before me were still getting services? I paid for the most expensive pedicure. And was done.
I rather travel further for my nails. Which I do. Nail Envy will never get my business again. I am tired of paying for “sorry” services. This has happened way too many times. I gave her a $10 tip, I was going to tip $20 but was very disappointed ☹️

I never write poor reviews, however, I feel like I need to. I make appointments here because they can easily squeeze me in with my busy schedule. Absolutely horrible quality my last few visits. Today I asked for ombré nails specifically over the phone and also to the nail tech when I arrived. She even asked “which color for your ombré”. Sat there for 2 hours and was cut (visibly bleeding) multiple times just for her to do a regular French. Which is not what I asked for. Before I knew it she was putting lotion on my hands and wrapping it up, without even asking me if I liked it. After sitting there for that long I wasn’t about to waste more of my time. Then I got my eyebrows waxed by another tech. She didn’t even clean them before she started and barely waxed anything. I asked her to trim them and she pretended to cut them. Didn’t even brush them up and cut nothing. They look so uneven and awful. I’m beyond annoyed and didn’t want to take out my frustration on the poor young girl sitting at the front desk.
Would not recommend wasting your time and money on this place

Love this place, everyone is very nice and welcoming. I have been to several nail places in the area where they would make you wait even when you have an appointment. This place is different, even if you book your appointment 30 mins before, they always have someone to start you with right away. Place looks clean and I have always had a great experience.

Recently moved to the area and this place was ridiculous. When I walked in, there was no one at the reception desk (I waited for 15 minutes) and employees walked past me as though I wasn't there. Not one person said hello to me - not one! I sat looking through nail colors waiting to see if anyone approached me and no one did. Finally, someone sat behind the reception desk so I walked up and asked to have acrylic nails put on. Anna came and got me. She showed me to the chair and was nice enough, but did not talk to me for the hour I sat across from her in the chair. The only time she spoke was to tell me "no soap" when washing my hands before polishing - 2 whole words! Doesn't she speak enough English to communicate with the customers? She only nodded the few times I spoke so I stopped trying to talk to her thinking she didn't understand me. I've had the same problem with most of the salons I have gone to and it is very aggravating not to be able to communicate what I want, when I am the one paying! I now have to carry pictures around to make some technicians understand - it's ridiculous. This IS America, right? I'm not thrilled with the outcome, but I can't explain the issues (because I only speak English) so I'm stuck with what I got. Acrylics are nowhere near my cuticles, so they will have to be filled in a week, instead of 2 weeks. Half of the nails are completely crooked on my fingers. She never touched my cuticles, let alone push them back. Worse hand massage I have ever received, barely touched my fingers and left lotion on my wrists because she never bothered to rub it in after she put it on. Awful experience!
