Something nice is happening here at Extra Space Storage. The staff is super pleasant and helpful. Both Paul and Matt were very professional. The place was very nice and convenient to store my items.

Good Afternoon Extra Space 😊
First I want to say Thank You 🙏🏼 Thanks to the kindness from day one phone call. Ricky, was very calm and very helpful with all of my questions. Any questions I had he answered it. He then said call Matthew which I didn’t have a chance to speak with, but I’m sure he would’ve been just as nice 😊 Few days later I spoke with Paul who was extremely nice as well as helpful explaining the times they are open, to understanding my needs. So Thank You Paul. And last, Mr. Tom, he was so calm when I walked in on Saturday afternoon. The door was open and he was awaiting for me. He say hello 👋 with a smile on his face ☺️ I said hello 👋. We did the lease and he explained all the I’ll say the rules to me on the lease lol. Then Paul showed me on the computer actually where my building is actually located at! They even offered me cold water 💧
I want to say to everyone I would recommend Extra Space on Delilah And Fire Road to anyone!
The men here is very nice very helpful and they get the job done!! Thanks Guys, Ms. Hamilton 🙂

I called needing a ledger for unit that was closed and Thomas was very helpful and efficient in helping me with the info I needed. He also was very patient and had great customer service skills.

Paul and Tom offered me superb customer service. I have been at this storage 10+ years and they gave me great advice! Showed me another unit I might need and turned out great. We need more Paul and Toms in this world.

Excellent storage , very well managed , this is the 3rd time I am using this storage , Matt is an excellent manager. I have been here twice when he is the manager, very helpful and also Paul very helpful. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. They keep the storage very clean.
