I think they just need better training. I would not tell a customer you are pulling a vehicle in to get started on it a 2pm when you are not. We had to call back later to ask when the vehicle was done and we were told it was not even started and it would be done tomorrow. I had to waste my time, pick it up and drop it off again the next day only for the balance to not even work. They tried balancing my tires twice and it still shakes at higher speeds. They threw a bunch of weights on it but could not tell me what the problem was. This is obviously a training issue. I gave two stars because they are nice people.

Jay and Erin have been great leadership at Firestone since I’ve began to go there over 8yrs ago. I use to get a lot of advise from Rob until his passing. The team at the EHT location has not failed me and if there’s any concerns they addressed them in a timely manner.

I went in for a tire change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Scheduling was easy, and the service itself was great. The staff were super friendly and professional, which made the whole process really smooth.

Waited two hours for my car to be touched had 2:00 appointment they didn’t touch my car till 4:00 and then didn’t do anything told me something was loose so they couldn’t do alignment real mechanic would of tightened whatever it was would of taken under a minute won’t be doing business here anymore not worth it you waste two hours of my time with a set appointment and don’t do the job because something that they could of tightened was loose Never again

The technicians at Firestone don’t do the work needed, they charge you and they say they fixed it then you find out it wasn’t fixed at the beginning.

After having oil change, now I have oil dripping in my driveway. I have never had any issues with this happening when I have had previous oil change service performed at the Subaru dealer.

Dropped off my Mitsubishi for a check engine light. At first was glad to hear it was just the gas cap. Had the routine service, rotate tires. I stopped after work to pay for it so I could pick up later. I stop back to get car and check engine light is still on. I am given a few reasons which don't make sense as I was told when I was called that my car was ready everything was good to go. The person who I won't call out stated it must have turned back on again even though I didn't even start car.... I get them to send a tech out to reset it and HE INFORMS ME THEY NEVER DID THE MASTER RESET FOR THE CODE. Then when I go to sit down I see a large damp stain on the seat which is new from when I dropped the car off. The associate claims his people wouldn't do that. There isn't any way they could have. I point out if they sat on the floor it could he states they don't sit on the floor. However ten minutes earlier I watched a female technician sit on the floor to do something to a car that was not on a lift. I called the 800 number and have to wait till probably Monday to hear back from the area .anger in regards to hiw they are going to fix this and clean the seat!
That was my mistake for leaving a car and not taking off work to be there while it was fixed.

The Area manager stepped up and offered to pay for detailing which I hope will remove stain. Thankfully someone in the company has customer service understanding and even admitted the stores management dropped the ball in the poor handling of the issue.
I won't use the May's Landing/ Egg Harbor Township Firestone again, BUT I will give a different location a chance only with me waiting at the location to ensure that I don't get burned twice.
Also had a different mechanic look at gas cap they claimed was corroded and needed replacing, they found no sign if corrosion and said that newer cars are prone to overly tightened gas caps tripping the check engine light. They took me for $24 with Tax for a gas cap.
So much for integrity of workers.
Another failure from this location! Made an appoint for my work truck to have brakes serviced. Appointment for 1240. Dropped truck off with plan to pick it up at 6pm. Plenty of time since i had an appointment. I arrive back at 530pm to be told oh we havent even touched your truck yet. No phone call no apologies except an excuse they were busy. My appointment was on 8/27/24. It was made 4 days in advance. Don't waste your time even calling this location. Go to a different one. I spoke to manager today 8/28 who stated she believes she knkws who was responsible for this "mistake". You cost me time and money and lost wages... that isnt a mistake that is horrible business practices. Not even a courtesy call to say they had a problem....

I ordered a set of Toyo tires that were marked available in store and scheduled for Monday install on website. I was then called later in week and told that the tires had to be ordered and were not coming in until tuesday so I was asked to reschedule. I did.Then I showed up for appointment Tuesday, waited for an hour or so in store before I was told they never ordered the tires and they would give me Firestone all seasons instead at same price. The toys tires were on sale so they were slightly cheaper but normally would be a more expensive tire and was what I had paid for. I am positive I was bait and switched. Then paid for a tire alignment but when my report came back my car was still out of alignment. I asked and was told this was normal and some cars are always of alignment.I also was not in the mood for fighting with people and needed to have a driveable car. this this was really not a great experience and will be looking else where next time.

Friendly, efficient, didn't try to force anything else other than the service requested, and their road hazard coverage was worth it.
