Large variety. Everything isn't new and shiny which makes finds surprising and treasured. Lots of stuff to comb through makes it an adventure. I miss Goodwill and hope it opens soon.

This store is closed and I hope they remodel a the items and staff. It’s overpriced and there are very rude ppl working here. I’ve had some guy take an item out of my cart for himself??????? They don’t have dressing rooms or a bathroom. I wouldn’t donate here

The employees here hand pick items from the back and hand to the same two guys that hang out here everyday. It’s an inside job clearly. The staff is in on it and regulars here know these guys to be shady and rough with other customers. The staff should be less concerned with being selfish and keeping certain items for their own or friends profit and work on attending the dressing rooms that have been closed for months because of their OWN negligence. (But they’ll blame the customer of course) The store smells bad and has soooo much junk that has been marked up far too high. This store should be an embarrassment for goodwill and what it stands for. The staff needs overhauled nobody is friendly or helpful.Edit: I’m aware this store is closed. This is my review for the store when it has been open. But you completely ignored all of my issues I am having with this location??

A Good Will celebration of return to business will be happily welcomed. The unfortunate crises of fire which shut them down will be cleaned up and life can resume for staff and community as well. I personally appreciate having a Good Will in our community and I appreciate each of their staff. The manager was efficient and polite, the workers hard working and helpful. One young lady, Rosy, was exceptionally kind and her work ethic shined through. I miss the Good Will and am excited for their reopening and once again being part of our community. So until then hope to see you at the Good Will....February 14th...hopefully.

I was sad to hear of the fire for employees sakes, however this place needed a real good cleaning! So much broken glass on shelves I got cut. Piles of broken items on shelves! Get some clear plexi on those shelves! And No public working bathroom was a disgrace! Goodwill Executives Clean this Goodwill up!

Is anything going to be done about those kids just abusing the system and looking up every single item online before others even get a chance to see the item? Guess the fire will temporally stop them for now but once this store opens back up those same two kids will be there.

I also was bullied by customers that stand in the back by the door and get items from the the back! They have a personal relationship with the help! I was abused by one of them, grabbed a item out of my hand and torn the box and than gave it back to me. The manager saw this happen and did nothing! They work there or are in the back. thats why nothing good comes out! I don't understand why they, get away with it

Always find something but they allow a few guys to hang in the store all day. As soon as the carts roll out they throw things in their carts. Then check its value online and throw the rest back on the shelves. WHAT if they allowed large groups to do this ??? It’s not FAIR to other shoppers and the young manager should not allow it. I emailed Goodwill headquarters but got no response and the two guys are in there every day.

Horrible, always a mess and there are constantly two to three white males that sit in the area where items are wheeled out. They then look up every single item online to see if it is worth money. They hold the items in there cart until they are done looking them up than they'll put them back. The employees are well aware and actually give them and tell them when theres a valuable item. Unsure how this is business legal at all, especially when employees communicate with them and are involved. Ive never been there in the past 7 months and those kids not be there. I do only go on week days but I've never missed them. Don't believe me go to goodwill yourself. Also theres another review just like mine, this is a weird form of business .

The cashier was a little rude and ignorant, and the one girl kept coughing really badly and she finally after about 15 minutes walks away from the front to get a drink I'm guessing and gave me a nasty look . Like wth ... Other then those 2 lovelies the store had great stuff and brands even though it's small

Most of the staff is ok and helpful, but the one supervisor, Denira (?) is repeatedly yelling at people and just acting off the wall. I've reported it to the store manager, Edwin, and it still continues, so I guess he is just giving me lip service. I would go to any other thrift shop besides this one.

Such a great selection, nicely organized. You could find almost anything you need here. Name brand clothing throughout. It's a treasure trove!

Overall I would give this Goodwill 4 stars although I would give the employees 5 stars!! I've been going to this Goodwill location for many years and the current staff has really changed this store for the better!! It's clean and well organized.

I'm really sorry to read these negative comments and see such horrible photos about a Goodwill store. Where I winter in FL, every Goodwill store I visit is well organized, well run (for the most part) by helpful, cheerful staff, and has prices as low as $0.99 for some items. (Yes, once I DID find a Dollar Tree napkin holder priced at $4.99[!], but that's not the norm.) I enjoy donating and shopping there so much, that I bought an annual membership for about $25 that gives me 20% off every purchase. I buy all my picture frames there, lots of kitchen items and other housewares, and occasionally shoes, clothes, and accessories. I'm very disappointed about the local NJ Goodwill store near my summer home. I prefer to donate to Goodwill than any other charities, but don't want my donated items to be treated and presented in such a shoddy manner.
