Good selection of great tools on a budget. Their PPE, hand tools, sprayers, lighting, & storage equipment exceeded other stores' at 1/3 the cost - which I would not have expected. If I need any hardware, I'm coming here first.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Harbor Freight. While loading a purchased item into my car, an employee insisted on helping, even after I politely declined multiple times. This was already annoying, but things got worse when the manager got involved. Instead of respecting my choice, the manager was rude and continued to pressure me into accepting help I clearly didn't want. Their dismissive attitude was unprofessional and made the whole situation even more uncomfortable.
I come to Harbor Freight once a year and always visit this specific location. Unfortunately, I consistently have bad interactions with the woman manager. Every time I visit, she is either rude or dismissive, making the shopping experience unpleasant. It's disappointing to have this kind of interaction each time, and it makes me reconsider returning to this store in the future.
I appreciate good customer service, but it should come with respect for the customer's wishes. This experience left me feeling disrespected and annoyed. I hope Harbor Freight takes this feedback seriously and trains its staff, especially management, to be more considerate and respectful of customer preferences.

Bought a tan case from them 2 weeks ago when it was on sale. I didnt like the color of the case and decided to exchange for a black one (the tan case was never used). The staff said I cannot exchange for a different color since it was on sale when I purchased it, unless I pay the difference in price. It was a waste of time and I left the store. The store policy does not make any sense.

Look it's not a snap on store people but along with reasonable prices and useful tools for a home owner / diy'er it's a great option. Hand tools and such are ok. I stick with popular name brands for my power tools.
