I call your EHT location and ask for fencing. They transfer me to your lumber dept. I tell them that the wind broke my fence apart and i needed to buy and get a fence installed. I ask do you install or have someone who installs the fences. He told me hold on while i ask someone. He didnt put me on hold and asked someone. The Person told him and he told me you can buy the wood here and install it yourself.I GO ONLINE AND LOOK . YOU OFFER FENCE INSTALLATION PLZ EDUCATE YOUR STAFF. I GUESS ILL TRY LOWES. I CALLED THE PERSON WHO RECOMMENDED YOU AND TOLD THEM PLZ DONT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE ELSE.

Never been to a store that advertises cheaper prices for their products online and will not price match their own store in-store until now. And will likely not be returning. Had to pay full price because I wouldn’t let them ship it to me. Make that make sense.

Home Depot of Egg Harbor is the new Dollar General. Drive 16 miles 1 way because their site says open until 8pm. I get there and there's a sign saying they are closing today at 7pm. Nice how you care about your customers. You could at least updated your Google account. Tons of customers pulling in thinking they are open.

Everything I need is locked up with no avaliable associates to unlock the cages. I needed two new Milwaukee 8.0 batteries, and and new leaf blower. Waited 30 min and still now one came even after a supposed manager paged the person 4 or 5 times. I will take my business to a place where I can just get it off the shelf. Even if it is more expensive. It's worth not having to deal with the Aggravation. At least the manager and a cashier tried. But why the manager could not open the battery cage is beyond me. Funny thing was I was not the only person needing assistance with a purchase with no one to help because everything is locked up.

I went to Home Depot on Saturday, Nov 20th in the morning to get some wood paint and sand paper to work on some furniture at home.
The lady at the paint desk was NOT friendly at all.
Maybe she was not having a good day but when I I had questions about paint and sand paper grit/numbers she kinda gave me some attitute as if I had to know the grade number of sand paper and the color code for the paint. If that was the case I would not be asking for assistance.
A few weeks ago my mom mentioned a similar interaction with the same lady when she was looking for wall paint. Unfortunately I didn't really pay attention until it happened to me

An employee literally said to my friends face that he doesn’t like him. Even though this was my friends first time here, he confused him for another brown man (which is racist in itself). Then proceeded to record my friends daughter when they got into a disagreement that the employee ended up being wrong about. Don’t recommend this store at all, your better off going to Lowe’s. extremely unprofessional
