I’ve been going here for years now. My go to for pedicures is Vicky. I always book with her. She’s done my nails like 3 years straight now. She wasn’t working on Monday but I really needed my nails done so I agreed to anyone else doing them. Well that was the worst thing that could have happened to me.
This lady made my experience probably the worst one ever. I’ve been disappointed before but by someone’s work, not someone’s treatment, like hers. She hurt me multiple times and I told her like 3x but every time she acted like she didn’t hear me or just mumbled a quick (w/o even looking up at me ) “sorry”. For one, I noticed late into the session that I was 90% sure she didn’t even open a new tool bag. Like I said I’m not 100% but 90% is close enough. Some were silver & others were gold. So I think that pretty much speaks for itself. I’m now TERRIFIED of catching fungus because it has happened to me before at nail salons. Also, she didn’t even use a cuticle softener/gel (not sure of the exact name but I know they always use it prior to pushing the cuticles & cleaning). Well because of the lack of this, she did it all while dry😭😭 so you can imagine how painful that was. It was during this time I kept telling her it hurt. She even used the filer on the top of my nails and on the sides when she clearly saw my toe was red from how much she had hurt me. It was so red to the point I thought I was bleeding but I wasn’t. Both my toe nails were bruised from an accident I had and she just didn’t even care to be super cautious with them. Didn’t ask me if they hurt or anything. I mean helloooooooo I have two huge bruises on BOTH toes…(will provide picture. Also look at the left side of my right toe. That will show you how red it was from her hurting me so bad) why wouldn’t you be extra cautious? I’m not sure what was wrong with her but she seemed very off from the beginning. She didn’t even say hi to me, she got her tools from her desk, came back and had her phone on her and was laughing at a video she was watching.. just very very distracted. Didn’t ask me if the water temperature was ok (it was a bit on the cold side) and when she started, she didn’t even notice the towel she used under my feet was partially hanging down and soaking into the water. So I had a big chunk of the towel in my water the entire time she did my pedicure. She also didn’t ask if the stones/hot towels were ok for me or too hot. Just a complete disregard for my well being and comfort the entire time. Even at the end, after they’re done with the lotion and scrubs and they’re supposed to dry you down and then start painting your toes..she flushed the water out, pulled the towel and left it soaking on there. So my feet were just sitting on top of a soaked towel the entire time she was painting them. She also caught a passive aggressive attitude when it came to the colors I wanted. Ugh just overall so frustrating. At the end when she saw I wasn’t having it anymore, I guess she wasn’t either so she said she was done and pulled the towel from underneath my feet without me even having a chance to lift my feet up first. I did speak to the manager and made him aware. I told him, “This was the most painful pedicure I have ever gotten in my life” and he did grab her attention and she kept apologizing to me but I was so infuriated that I didn’t even want to see her. I didn’t explain all these extra details to the manager simply because I just wanted to run out of there. What should have been a pleasant and relaxing experience, was a horrible and painful one because of her.
I guess I’m also just mad at myself for not speaking up more than I should have. Anyway, I recommend Vicky for your pedicures :) she will take care of you well.
I rate this a 3 because of her, but I know overall everyone usually tends to be friendly. So I don’t want to leave that out. Thanks for reading if you got this far.

Used to be such a nice shop so I wanted to treat myself for my birthday. I ended up paying a whopping $70 for a French manicure set with a heart drawn on 2 nails, nothing fancy! They started chipping very soon but I live an hour away so I could not go back. Now it’s been about 10 days (see picture) … I’ve had sets way less money last way longer. Jack and sons has fallen off in my opinion. 70$ is insane for what I got.

I've been getting my nails done for 20 years. This was one of the best experiences I've had. This is my new go-to salon!
Jennifer was a professional through and through. She got a full understanding of what I want up front, she asked clarifying questions and then broke down what my service would cost. I LOVE the transparency and it made the whole process much more comfortable.
Jennifer's advice and expertise led me to choosing a new nail shape (stiletto from skinny coffin) and I'm enjoying it very much!
The nail art I requested was replicated perfectly and even improved a bit!
Throughout the service, Jennifer checked in with me and got my approval on shape, color, etc. This increased my trust with her and my overall satisfaction.
Jennifer even helped me take pictures of my nails for my Instagram!!
I will be returning and referring everyone I meet!!

I’ve been coming here for the last few months. I usually let anyone do my nails because I cannot always make an appointment due to my schedule. Today I walked In and Jackson (the owner) was available to take me. I told him the color I was looking for (gel) and he rushed to dipping powder. I didn’t realize it what he was doing until he was already on my 2nd nail. I not once told him I wanted dip!!! Then I tell him I want a cut down and he did almond shape. So when I said something about the shape he told me I said almond which I don’t even get!! So I’m telling him he did whatever he felt like he starts saying well you should always go to whoever did the shape and all this other crap. I will NEVER spend anymore money at Jack & Sons because of the OWNER!! Every time I get my nails done they usually just do what the paying customer ask or they give you the samething you came in with. I am very shocked for the simple fact that many people recommend them. He seen I was upset and never apologized or anything and he knows he was wrong.

So I went to this nail salon yesterday. It was my first time there. And I can tell you that it was an amazing experience! My nail technician was Kevin and he was wonderful during the entire time he was doing my nails. I will be choosing him the next time I call for an appointment. I was also early to my appointment and they still took me right away which was great! I also got my toes done but I don’t like showing my feet on the internet but just know they’re nothing short of great as well. Thanks for having me💘.

Anna is the NAIL QUEEN! I've had the pleasure of experiencing her exceptional skills for basically my entire life, and I can confidently say she delivers the BEST manicure and pedicure experience EVER!
