The place is good, you have to go several times until you find someone who works to your liking... In my personal case I had to go like 3 times until one day Angela did my nails... She is great, she understands my style and makes some great designs... "I am very clear about what I want and how I want it" and my designs are never conventional... if you want something well made and delicate Angela is the ideal person

Went there today for the first time, received a pedicure and full set. Everyone was pleasant from the start. Before I go any further, let me stay by saying that I'm a simple gal. Whenever i get my nails done, it's usually a solid color, if ever I deviate from that, it's always white tips, no gel, no powder, straight polish. The woman who did my pedicure was great, shaped my nails wonderfully, painted them neatly, all around great job. The man who did my nails, we started off good until I told him I didn't want gel on my nails, just polish. I mean he was really pissed lol started getting sloppy, but then kinda cleaned it up. I was shocked, I should've got someone else to finish the job because he was so angry but I didn't. All in all, I would go here again, I just wouldn't let him touch me.

He didn't listen to my directions I said no glitter. I asked for pumpkins but it wasn't orange enough. It looked nothing like the picture.

This place is phenomenal, very professional and lovely atmosphere. I swear to Anna my first time and she did beautiful work on my toes and fingers nails. Highly recommended. ?

I had the worst experience today. I always go to this nail salon , and I never have an issue. But today I was in pain the whole time they were doing my nails and the lady even cut some of my skin on my nail and she was just going so fast because she had a client waiting for her and my nails looked so trashy I never ever ever complain. I will understand if the salon was busy but they were only a couple people there and today was just not the day to get my nails done. And I pay $60 to get cut and burn with the little machine.

Always the best. I fly in from the West Coast twice a year and get my nails done at Jack &Son. Tina goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right.

I would never go there again. I was treated poorly I went in as a walking in. she started on my feet then she told me that her pointment arrived and she would send someone else's to do my feet. I then told her I prefer a woman not a man. For personal reasons then she left me with my feets in the water no one came to explain what was going on. I was totally ignored so I dry my feets and left. I felt embarrassed I knew they were talking about me in their language which I did not understand them and they were looking after we're talking.

I walked in around 3:30 on a busy Friday yesterday, was taken as a walk in, and brought to a chair immediately for a fill. Phillip did my nails and he did an amazing job. He listened to me, I told him what I wanted and he executed it perfectly. Thanks Phillip! First time I loved my nails in a while. Will be back.Services: Acrylic nails
