I had a very disappointing experience at this particular Jiffy Lube. Jan. 5, 2024 They did an oil change & Tire Rotation. After leaving I discovered my tires were loud and the car was riding rough. When I returned on Jan.9,2024 told them what the issue was,the Tech suggested he would put the tires back where they were and do a refund. This particular day the Manager was out and the Asst.Manager (Angel) told me he didn't know how to do a refund. They put my tires back and he argued with me for 10 minutes bc I couldn't understand how, an assistant Manager doesn't know how to perform a refund.He told me i could come back tomorrow, i said no,i paid you at time of service,I expect the same in return. I explained to him how unprofessional he was and that I want a Refund. After going back and forth with me ,he reached in his pocket and refunded my money. Only to turn around and attempt to snatch it back,because I couldn't make change for him! I thought this was the most Ludicrous thing I've ever seen or heard! I told him he was rude,ignorant and very unprofessional! Though I kept the money and left. THIS establishment could never Get my time or my business again. After Patronizing this location for years i will never return.

Went for an oil change, service was super quick, friendly crew. Use the coupons online and save a couple bucks. Little pricey but all fluids checked etc a light vacuum job. If your looking for quick service it's the place to be. Would have given five stars if it I didn't find out canin filters actually cost less than $15 and they wanted more than $40 for it. (Dodged the bullet there, thank you you tube) otherwise good place.
