Horrible! This is why the parking lots is empty at Lazy Boy in Egg Harbor! Incredibly rude and ignorant staff! Even though there's so much down time the staff is uneducated regarding the products they sell! I've learned so much more then the child like sales person who approached me, just by looking at the Lazy Boy Web Site! The ignorant uneducated rude little boy who had a temper tantrum bc I asked where a higher seated recliner sofas are for my husband who has ALS?? He had no idea what I was talking about when it clearly states on the Lazy Boy Web Site " RECLINER SOFAS BY HEIGHT!" Then he continued to complain about me to the only other sales person in the store who was already with a customer? Talk about juvenile! He then walked back to me to announce he had to keep an eye on me so I didnt steal anything. I'm 65...I don't think I can push a sofa out of a show room! Insanity and disgusting! Clean house Lazy Boy!

CINDY is awesome. Patrick guided me very helpfully and patiently when I first came in. He was immeasurably key in my decision to stay and really get down to making serious options. Dee was delightful. I didn’t expect to appreciate her expertise and taste, but , again, she was key I helping me make my final choices. I’m so pleased with the entire experience

Cyndi (sales person) and Dee ( designer) were very helpful when we went to purchase a new living room set. Their knowledge of the product, patience while we navigated choosing, and listening to our needs and wants was extremely helpful in choosing the perfect option for us. I can't wait till it is delivered!

I had a very pleasant experience at La-Z-Boy furniture on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township. I was looking to replace our sofa. The saleswoman, Cyndi was extremely helpful and she spent a long time with me. I was trying to find a sofa that would match a loveseat we have. I love the fact that La-Z-Boy has different fabric options, including ones that are durable and better for pets. I brought my husband back the next day, to make our final selection. Cyndi was again, so helpful, cordial and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable and really made our shopping experience pleasant.

Rick was very knowledgeable and patient! I think we sat on every type of recliner in the store! We needed a recliner for a comfortable chair to recover from back surgery and Rick was able to guide us to the best fit
