The girls were very nice at the front , did have to wait even though I made an appointment, but it’s ok could just be busy , my concern is it was dirty in there , the touchscreen for checking in was nasty hasn’t been wiped in a long time and no sanitizer in the machine next to it , then went inside the room and the dust was buildup around the bottom stand they work off of just seemed dirty for a lab , and one employee was sick , no fault to them , just felt very unsanitary in there . I went to have bloodwork done to the EHT location, usually that's where I always go. the phlebotomist Roe was very friendly since the time she asked me for the paperwork, the tone of her voice very polite.
Then she drawn my blood painlessly, got the blood on the first shot, I am not an easy stick, she did an excellent job. I really appreciate your service Roe, thanks a million.

The checkin kiosk was very simple. I barely sat for 5 minutes before my name was called. The whole visit was less than 15 minutes. I didn't even feel the technician when she took my blood. Everyone was polite and the office immaculate. Great experience!!

scheduled a specific test on the website, when I arrived for the appointment was told the test kit wasn't there. Not an issue with this office, but the test was scheduled online 3 business days in advance, enough time to contact me, and not waste my time.

"express"!? Not by any means.
Only one express check in kiosk. Waiting room packed with people trying to check in at 9am. Please set up a second kiosk ASAP.

I arrived at my appointment scheduled for 1 pm at 12:53. Checked in via my phone but decided to wait in the office. Quickly got called up, handed my papers, then proceeded to get blood work (after a few seconds of waiting), and out just like that! The staff there are very kind too! Always nice coming here

Waited 1 hr 30 mins for bloodwork and I came in at 7 am with 4 people ahead . Had work at 8:30 in Atlantic City and was late for work ! Really slow service although everyone is nice

Monique was so wonderful for my 3 hour glucose test! She was very kind and made the long process super smooth. She did a phenomenal job drawing my blood, no bruise at all after being stuck 4 times! That's pretty darn impressive! The site was super busy but the whole team was super nice and supportive of one another. It was a pleasant experience.

The blonde woman that works at the front desk was exceptionally rude. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there and taking her away from the conversation she was having with her coworkers. Also, the office lost the fax that my doctor sent to them so none of my orders were ready.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came in for an appointment at 1, checked in and sat in the waiting for 45 min. The kiosk broke down multiple times and the waiting room was packed. There did not seem to be any order to how they handled anything. Walk-ins were called back before me and you could just tell how disorganized everything was. I will never return to this location. Save your time and go to the mays landing location that has always been consistent and organized.
