I bought 5 red ghost pepper plants ( Bonnie brand) not a single pepper or even a flower from any of them thank you so much for selling unfurtle plants. Glad my $25.00 helps your company.

I wouldn't buy a light bulb from them watch for their bait and switch. Wanted to purchase a refrigerator when I went to pay the price went up . They wouldn't honor the price I had even though I had a screenshot of my cart and the pic of the price . They gave me 3 different answers why and finally just said there mistake but they don't honor there mistakes

My 68 year old wife attempted to purchase 15 bags of mulch yesterday at the Mays Landing NJ store and was told that employees are not allowed to assist in loading such a purchase in her car. Are you kidding me? You expect a 68 year old woman to load 15 bags of mulch, 600 pounds, in her car without assistance. Fortunately, there was a Home Depot across the street and they gladly accommodated her. We are done with Lowe's, if this is how they treat people.

We ordered an LG Washer & Dryer a few weeks ago from this store. I received an automated phone call last night saying the delivery would be between 9:30am-1:30pm. At 2:30pm after receiving no notification about our delivery I called the store. It literally took me 5 phone calls for someone to answer. It is now 5:00, we have still yet to hear anything about the delivery.We are canceling the order.VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will never be patronizing this store again. STAY AWAY!

Wish there was a zero on here. Been trying to get a hold of someone, called over a dozen times today, kept getting put on hold and no one ever picks up. On hold right now while I'm writing this review... over 20 minutes.

I placed an order waited 5 hours, the oven never showed then it was marked delivered. Complete BS, the store NEVER answers and I've been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes.

I would give a zero really. No one answers the phone and when they do you get put on hold right away. Managers ignore you, Josh never called me back the 3 times I called about my order they tried to deliver damaged. 3 days and no call back, no idea when a new door is coming and apparently that's the only Lowes that can handle the online order I placed. Really a joke at this point. I was told they were short staffed after finally getting someone, but I'm not sure what that has to do with my order and no one calling, or even following up on the order the next day. Still waiting on Lowes to figure out they didn't actually deliver the door due to damage. I called the Deptford Lowes who actually answered and asked a manager to contact their manager, so hopefully I get somewhere.

I ordered a "universal" ceiling fan light kit replacement online, but my handyman said it's NOT universal, and can not be used on my fan. Returned the light kit to this store and got a refund, no problem. They paged an associate to help me in the ceiling fan department, and 10 minutes later, when no one appeared, I asked Customer Service if there was anyone in the store who could help me. She looked on the list and told me the ceiling fan/lighting specialist called out today, but she'd page a Manager to the department. Another 10 minutes went by, and again, no one showed up. I'm paying for the other items I came to buy, and leaving. I'm taking my business elsewhere from now on, unless Management makes amends for this horrendous waste of time and lack of service.
