we had such an amazing car buying experience here . everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful , and made sure we left with what we wanted with the financial terms that worked for us. They were not pressuring , they were not sleezy , they were up front about everything , they were thorough. Zero stars.
I bought a car from Matt Black Kia of Egg Harbor Township on October 30th and the service afterward has been TERRIBLE . I was told my spare key would be overnighted the next day — NEVER happened. I was told my tags would be overnighted when they arrived — also NEVER happened.
By late November my temporary tags were days from expiring, and when I called, they acted annoyed and asked for my address, which tells me they never planned to send anything. They had my tags sitting there and didn’t bother to tell me.
The spare key is still “missing.” The salesperson admitted she forgot multiple times, then stopped working there. Before she left, she seemed more interested in trying to sell my husband a car than getting me the key I was already owed.
Messages to managers go unanswered. No one there cares unless you’re buying a car. They were friendly during the sale and vanished the moment it was done.
I regret buying from them, 100%.

I wish I could leave a positive review for Matt Blatt Kia, but unfortunately their lack of customer service won’t allow it. My wife bought a new Kia Sportage on 10/30/25. Suzette sold her the car after being recommended to us by my wife’s brother. The sale went smooth enough but we were told that they didn’t have the second key for the car on the night we picked it up. Suzette said that she would overnight the key once she had it. It is now 12/12/25 and we still don’t have the spare key. My wife has called and texted Suzette several times, and each time Suzette says she’ll look into it, only for there to be no action and no resolution. Then when my wife called the dealership she was informed that Suzette is now at another location. So she asked to speak to the sales manager. Every time we call for him we are taken to his voicemail. My wife has left messages with no response. I left a message with no response. It has been A MONTH AND A HALF and we still do not have the spare key. This is unacceptable and no one at this dealership seems willing to help. I hope that the owner sees this review so that he can deal with his employees and offer us a swift resolution.

I’ve had great experiences with this dealership in the past, which makes today’s visit even more disappointing. I live 30 miles away, so I booked an appointment for routine maintenance, especially since their website says that, while not required, appointments are recommended to decrease wait time. I received an SMS confirmation and arrived on time.
The service employee immediately told me there was a two-hour wait. When I mentioned my confirmed appointment, he said, “Doesn’t matter. No appointments for oil changes,” and told me to “come back in two hours” with a dismissive tone. No apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment that their own website says otherwise.
I took time out of my workday, planned ahead, and still received unprofessional and misleading service. If appointments aren't honored, update the website to reflect that. And please train your staff to communicate with basic professionalism. This experience has made me reconsider returning or recommending your services, as I have in the past.

Good experience overall. However, when I came to get my plates, no one offered to put them on, so I had to go get a screwdriver. I’ll look elsewhere in the future.

Outstanding sales team, lead by our favourite Sergio!!!! On our last visit I called him in advance and gave him a request for a KIA K5 and by the time we arrived at the dealership he had the vehicle waiting for us! We continue to be loyal customers due to his outstanding efforts every time for us. Keep up the great work Sergio!!!

Service people are unfriendly, arrogant and liars. They do not honor customer’s time and safety, and failed to fix a manufacturer recall on my car, they don’t even deserve one star.

For the past 3 weeks, I been looking around for a New Truck/Car, I went to Gentilini Ford in Woodbine, Burke, Kindle in Cape May court House, and I could not find a vehicle with a reasonable price. It was way out of line with prices, and My fiancé and I went to Matt blatt Kia, with the intent to just, visit and see what the numbers are going for with vehicles with Matt Blatt Kia, right off the bat, it was the best experience, being welcomed in by Ron Davison with the highest respect, and the way we wanted to be spoken to. Mr Davison sat us down and gave us a whole brief of every Kia Model they had in stock, and if my interests were for new or used. We explained our price range and what the best options are, so we sat down and finally narrowed down to the 2026 Kia K5 GT model, which is the nicest car I have ever owned right now. We test drove the brand new car with all the plastic wrap still installed on the siding, and bubble wrap on the floor, and it was a dream come true. Mr Rob Davison showed us every single option and detail, down to the tire pressure. Mr Davison has been very communicating every since we walked in the door and has been very supportive, showing us the process throughout the process. We explained to him that we were just visiting and seeing for the numbers, and convinced us that we can walk out SAME DAY with the brand-new car. I then was very interested in that and we Traded in our older Vehicle right off the bat and now have a brand-new car 1 hour later walking in the front door. Rob Davison is a very reliable and a very good communicator and makes you feel like a person. He assisted me with setting up my car insurance in seconds and got setup with the financial company and credit app within minutes and was a very helpful dealer. If you had to choose any individual in that entire Dealership. Look for Rob Davison with the PIE HAT! Good dude! And I could not be any happier to be a customer at Matt Blatt Kia. Nothing like it at there. Shout out to Cat Country 107.3 for directing me the direction to Matt Blatt Kia.
