“It was outstanding. 5 years ago we purchased a mattress at this store . The matress became defective, so we went back to purchase a new one but Ralph then pulled up our order and explained that it may still be covered under warranty. He gave us all the info to apply for to see if it was and it was. Ralph followed up with us and also helped us pick out a new mattress and had it delivered at the exact date and time we needed it. Great job by Ralph and mattress firm.”

“My order was messed up by the sales women. We ordered two mattresses. We were told by the sales women if we didn’t like them we had 30 days to return. I went back the same day as the one mattresses was not the one we ordered. The manager informed me that there is no 30 day policy and that sales women would say anything to make a sale. The manager said he would honor what she said, reason I gave five stars. We had to wait a few weeks for the replacement, but we have it. The beds are nice and very good quality. The delivery people were excellent. Would I buy from them again? I don’t know, I don’t like that a sales person would say anything to sell me something, so probably not.”

I can't really call their inventory "furniture" instead I consider them to be like "Masterpieces ", and I love it there !
