I got my car towed to Mercedes on 07/11/2024.. car wouldn't start, they at Mercedes did a diagnostic found my starter was bad. I have not seen my vehicle since it's been towed to Mercedes.. after many phone calls and pop-ups later I still have no vehicle.. the service advisor told me .. it was taking long because of the rusty screws on the undercarriage needing more then time to remove. If he knew it was rusty screws he would have charged me double the time it takes to change a starter.. well if I would have had the ability to have known that. I would have let the mechanic know ?. Here it is 7/23/2024 I still have not seen or received my vehicle yet. Is this normal ? Idk.. but I will find out..
I patronized Mercedes many times this is the first time It feels like a ratchet experience.

Scheduled a warranty service appointment not once, but TWICE. Both times, they don’t have the appointment in the book. Major time waste. Whoever the “scheduler” is that I spoke with on both occasions is an obvious moron. First and last time here.
EDIT: The service writer was good enough to get my car into the shop despite the missing appointment in the system. While I lost considerable time today, the dealership tried to help and that is very much appreciated.

The worst of worst experience. The cars, services, sales all are con artists. Money hungry politicians waiting to trap you and take your money. Be AWARE AND STAY AWAY. BUNCH OF CROOKS.
My car has been in their shop for more than 2 years now. During that time I had mostly driven their loaner and when the warranty expired they gave me the car back with engine problems and alternator not working. Now I have to pay 12k for 1 year warranty or fix everything out of pocket when I’ve already paid over 22k for repairs.
Every time I go there they want to get back to me and never hear back from them until I call again only to hear they are getting “back” to me.
Late this point I’m so done I want to piss on their business and let them have it all.
I never had this kind of service.
Terrible car they sold me.
Worst service I ever had.
Don’t make this mistake.
STAY AWAY!

I came in because my Cla 45 sunroof was not working, they booked me in same day. Leo the service rep said they can figure the problem out very quickly. They told me my motor was out and they would order the part to fix it. The part came in within the next 2 days and fixed it same day! Leo is by the far the best service rep I have been with. I will from now on go to him for any of my needs.

I should have written this review right after this happened. As far as the dealership goes, it has lots of nice vehicles and is one of the nicest dealerships I’ve ever seen. I was in the process of trading in my vehicle and also purchasing a vehicle. I was there all day filling out paperwork, then making trips to the bank to finalize everything.
I was working with Jonathan Batt I think his name was. Just when I thought I was about to be done everything. I was informed that in order to trade in my vehicle I needed my father present because he was on the title for the vehicle I was trading in. He could not make it to the dealership at that time, so I told Jon I would be back in a few days. I wish I was told this sooner instead of hours later, but it is what it is. Jon asked if I wanted to leave a deposit to save the vehicle. I told him that I’ve been here all day and been back and forth to the bank already. I was going to bite my tongue and just do the deposit but then he said he would just save the car for me anyway and if anyone else was interested in looking at it he would call me. He said he was going let the other staff know. I asked if he was sure, and he made it clear that it was ok.
A few days later I returned to find the car was sold. And when I spoke Jonathan he stated that because I never left a deposit that it was sold. What left me confused and annoyed was that, he stated he never said he would save the car and never said he would let me know if other people were looking at it. I was shocked hearing this. Instead of making this into a bigger issue I left. I winded up leaving trading my car somewhere else and found a nice Mercedes else where and have been loving it ever since. I love Mercedes Benz vehicles but one incident like that just deters you from going to that dealership again.

Customer service was fantastic. However, the actual work that I had done to my car was less than satisfactory, to say the least . I am so disappointed. Besides my car not being fixed, I feel I was never fully informed of what work was being performed. Once I informed the service agent how much money i had to work with, $5k, they made sure that I spent that and then some. Then never was explained what was done. I feel i was taken advantage of. This car is a money pit, a true lemon. I had more problems after I brought the car home. What did I spend 5,200 on?
