Absolutely worst Metro around! The two girls in there that don't even speak English are so ignorant and not helpful at all. Should not have a job at this location or anywhere. They need to be fired ASAP

Worse customer experiences Ever. This young lady aka manger is rude disresctful and should not be in the customer service business. She actually threanted to hijack my cell number. If I didn’t pay for a service that didn’t work. Was told I need a physical sim for my phone to work. When she put it in it still didn’t work. She said I had to pay for it anyway and when I said I don’t want it. She said if I didn’t pay I would lose my number. When I pull out my other phone and called a real customer service rep she turn on the vacuum and turned up the store music so I couldn’t hear.

I would give the EHT location zero stars if it would let me ….I have been calling the store all day to see if there is a phone in stock that I want before I find a babysitter for my kids and heading out to the store. I have never had luck with this store every-time I call NO ONE answers the last two times I came to the store it was closed with no sign on the door or anything explaining why they were closed (during business hours) I have been going to pleasantville location because between EHT location and Atlantic City you can’t get ahold of anyone. I am trying to give my money to you for a phone you would think someone would be interested in that. Specially since iPhones are not cheap. I am very unhappy with the experience of the metro store and very disappointed because I like metro but this is making me want to switch.
