I was a walk in customer today. I was met with curtesy and complete professionalism. I jhad st wanted a polish removal. My technician Kally was gracious and professional. She was friendly and engaging. The salon is beautiful! Clean and serene! I will be back!

I followed my girl/friend to this location. I absolutely love her! The place is always nice and clean. I feel so relaxed after my mani pedi from the atmosphere. The others there are courteous and kind to me when I come for my appts. I have sent other friends/ family there and they loved it!

It was 80 degrees in the salon on a recent 95 degree August day with only one other customer in the place. I was told their A/C hasn't been working for weeks, but the doors were both closed and no fans on except the little one at the station where I was sitting. I showed Kimmy photos of exactly what I wanted and when I'm paying $60 for a refill and polish, I expect to get what I pay for. Instead, she cut me while filing and I don't accept bloodshed from a salon. She also put superglue on the ends of my nails and they all stuck to my fingertips to prevent polish chipping-who does that?! Now I'm stuck with blobs for nails that look like thick glued on Chiclets and my nails are glued to my fingertips. Not at all what I asked for and not what I wanted. I told her more than once what the issues were, but she did what she wanted to do. The only thing right is the color because I chose it, which she kept messing up and then filing off after it hardened and puddled down the sides of my cuticles. 1 1/2 hours for a refill and polish! There has to be a decent salon somewhere in South Jersey, but I haven't found it yet!

My mother and I have been loyal customers of nails plus for 15 years. Never had anyone else do my nails or eyebrows. The past couple years it’s been under new ownership and I’ve still continued to use them. A couple months ago, my mom received negative attitude from the daughter and today I received the same treatment. Needless to say, we’re pinky members now.

I’ve been going consistently for almost 2 years since the new ownership! My only & go to salon. The customer service is exceptional. All the techs are excellent, especially Kally. She’s super detail oriented & wants to make your nails perfect It’s family owned & they will make you feel like family!

Got a manicure and eye brows done.Didn't push back cuticles.Used lemon juice instead of oil to soften cuticles, which would be fine if i didn't have a couple cuts around my nails from hang nails. No lotion during manicure. No hand massage.Eye brows were gently done, but were slightly different shapes.Employees were very nice but...
