Everyone here is so wonderful! They are so sweet and caring with my little puppy. The Dr takes her time ensuring as little stress as possible for my pup. I never felt rushed or like I was being sold anything that wasn't in the best interest of my puppy. The Dr is very informative and has vast knowledge of all things from feeding recommendations and training information to vaccines and potential hazards. I especially appreciate the individual attention and the fact that they bring you in from your car avoiding any potential issues in waiting rooms or additional stress. My puppy loves coming to the vet and loves all the ladies at Ocean heights animal hospital. Thank you for taking such great care of Millie!

The doctors and staff are the best. Never had a problem with vets or staff. Vets tell you up front what going on with your fur babies. The staff remembers you and your pets. And are there for you when your pet passes over. Been using them over many years. Hey, no one said that what they do is easy. Love you all. Thank you all for being there.Karen S.and her furry 4 leggers.

I’ve been reading the comments. No they don’t discriminate against your dog. If they are not taking new clients they say it from the beginning. And the receptionist you all are talking about is the nicest person most caring will do anything for your pet….she has pretty much been there since it opened. People are rude. You see some stuff in this field. We get yelled at told we don’t care we just want the money (I made not even enough for rent that was my salary I’m not including anything else) you think vet med makes a lot cos of the cost we don’t. Show respect to us. Yeah fear free could use improvement and so could doc marina with her anger and such but you think you can treat them however you want then you come in with a coach bag and pull up in a tesla saying I can’t afford a 200 bill and moan please. Leave the longest working receptionist alone. Burn out rate HIGH don’t get me started on mental health issues and the job

Have taken my dog there for years. I am switching because they are so rude! The past couple of times the front desk people were extremely unfriendly. You shouldn’t answer the phone and work the front desk if you don't know how to talk to people. Customer service is very important to me and having such poor service for loyal customers is just a bad business practice.

My father WAS always a customer of thiers & suggested them to me when my 2 cats caught ear mites. $300 later, my cats STILL had ear mites. They still run their office curbside & are very impersonal, like it's 2020. From my perspective they wet my cats ears (even tho I'm quite sure ear mites is not an in office, 1 time treatment), maybe gave them a rabies shot, & left me questioning if they actually DID anything.

I usually don't do reviews because I'm in a business where reviews mean EVERYTHING but I was VERY shocked and appalled when I called this morning with the phone call. If you know you're not accepting new patients then say that from the beginning. Not when I say he's a Rottweiler and go through all the questions as if you were going to give me an appointment but when I said Rottweiler it all changed. So that to me means because he is a Rottweiler you didn't want to see him. Which is not right. Guaranteed if I told them I would give them 500 in cash for every single visit like I was paying at the other vet they would've taken it. If ANYONE has a breed of dog that is on the larger side and has a little bit of a reputation, don't waste your time with this place. My dog is a loving, docile, and calm with my kids and all the adults, kids, and other dogs on our block. So thank you for profiling him. STAY AWAY from this place

Never had any problems with either staff or vets. Everyone is nice and professional and they treat my cats very well. They are currently helping me with my one cat whom we just found out it's diabetic.

Tried to switch my animals to this establishment upon recommendation from long time client here, and the receptionist was extremely rude, condescending, and talked over everything i tried to say. She completely turned my fiance away first after not letting him speak. Then i called back, completely shocked at how she talked to him, to see if i could make an appointment. After she tried her best to not let me say anything, she said that the vet "probably wouldnt accept my pet". Absolutely awful first impression for the clinic.

Just an FYI to all the care colony care takers. A friendly cat showed up in my colony and needed to go to vet before going up for adoption. I was told very rudely that "we do not take feral cats here" I said it is friendly!! The receptionist said no it cannot be seen here!!! That's a first!! Thumbs down on this office for not helping the cat find a better life!!

I had a very scared rescue dog. She was muzzled without discussing. I had a 16 year old dog. They refused to see her because she was not seen in 1 and 1/2 years...REALLY...did not want to put an old dizzy dog in a car...have not been good since Dr. A stopped seeing patients. Also, cannot post bad reviews on their Facebook page....

We recently moved into the area, and booked an appointment for both of our animals to establish care with a new doctor. I could go into how rude the staff was, but I’m gonna focus more on there incompetence with reviewing a file and wanting to over vaccinate an animal for profit. We emailed both sets of medical records and they gave a list of a bunch of different vaccinations that both animals needed, our cat still has almost 2 years left on her current rabies shot and they wanted to give her another. My dog, who happens to be a certified and train service animal, was given a list of many different vaccinations that he needed. The only vaccine he needed was his rabies to be updated. When we originally made the appointment we told them we would be coming in to establish care, and get his rabies vaccine updated. They called back prior to the appointment and asked for a stool sample which we brought. They didn’t need the stool sample when we went for the appointment. All in all the tire experience gave us such a bad taste in the mouth that we left without letting them look after our animals and we are going to a different vet. The staff comes across as untrustworthy, uncaring, and really treats you like they are a bully. The veterinarian came across like she did not want to help and care for our animals if we had any input on how she was going to do her job. It was only going to happen if we did everything she said with regards to our animals. I personally find that unacceptable, and care should be given based on her medical expertise and our desires as owners.

Short wait. The vet took their time to explain what was wrong and what to do.

Dr. Martin and Dr. Marina are by far the best veterinarians in our area. They are compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Their fees are also more reasonable than most. It is apparent that they are both animal lovers and truly care about the pets that they treat. When one of my dogs passed away, Dr. Martin became very emotional when I called her with the news and gave me the support I needed to deal with the death. My husband and I love these doctors and their staff is wonderful as well.

I don't understand how anyone could post negative reviews about Ocean Heights Animal Hospital or Dr. Marina and Martin. First of all they are one of the few veterinary hospitals that are more concerned about your pets than they are about the almighty dollar. Dr. Martin spent a good number of years in Grenada to volunteer her time and her life to treat sick animals at no cost. Compared to other establishments they are quite reasonable. Both veterinarians and their staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, compassionate and most of all supportive when you are stressed and upset because your pet is ill or hurt. We have been taking our cats and dogs to them for many many years and have never received anything but kindness, support and compassion. Also, when they felt the treatment my pet needed was out of their area of expertise and they were uncomfortable about performing it, they were honest about it and sent us to a veterinary specialist. My Pug actually has his yearly wellness appointment and vaccines this afternoon and we always look forward to seeing these vets and their wonderful staff.

I just love this vet. The staff is awesome. I am a new dog owner and I have learned so much from them.
