I was in applying for a loan and Maria Kafkalas of the Fire Rd branch couldn’t have been more helpful. She went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly and with such a pleasant attitude. She was so attentive and explained everything so I could understand. She was great. It made my experience with your bank a very pleasant one. I would definitely go to her all my banking needs.

Every time I go to Ocean First, Maria Kafkalas is always there to help me out. She helped me out with all of my paperwork, she handled everything quickly and accurately. She’s incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to—always making the process smooth and stress-free. Maria truly goes above and beyond, and it’s always a pleasure working with her!

Ocean First Bank has flexible hours with inside customer service offered until 5pm. So many banks do not offer later services for those of us who work and can’t get all our banking needs done online. I was grateful to Karen who spent valuable time with me to help renew a CD even though it was 10 minutes to 5 when I arrived. I would not be able to direct the funds ad my 10 day grace period was almost up. She did not rush me and was so helpful and patient not only to me but the elderly customer who was there prior to me. I highly recommend OFB

Very good bank. Always willing to help and assist you in anyway they can. Maria Kafkalas is amazing and very helpful, recently had an issue thay she walked us through and it worked out great. Couldn't feel safer with my money at any other place.

I absolutely love the staff at Ocean First on Fire Rd!! I go there three days a week and everyone is always friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond!!
Rhiannon, Syia, Anna, Leslie, Tom, Michaela (sorry if I misspelled any of your names) and all of the other staff I don’t know by name yet are AMAZING!!!

I went to the bank needing to resolve a pretty important banking issue with one of the staff who sits at the desks in their cubicles and gives you their personal attention. I was greeted by Ms. Maria K. who is a lovely woman and with whom I have received help from before; so I was familiar with her, and she me. She has, once again, resolved my issue -- it took a bit of time; it wasn't hard for her to do, yet it was a bit involved time-wise and had her going from her phone to her computer to her phone several times until she got it completed. All of the lovely women who sit behind the desks in cubicles are all wonderful, and they do their job with kindness and a smile on their faces. They always make you feel welcome, and they always go out of their way to assure you that they will resolve your problem. And they always do. This time, though, I happened to get Ms. Maria and I was immediately comforted by the fact that I knew she would resolve my issue. So I would recommend anyone to be assured that if you decide to bank at Ocean First in Egg Harbor Township, you have the best staff there that you can count on. One thing that I learned this particular day is - from what I personally experienced - I wouldn't suggest trying to resolve an issue or getting help from using the Customer Service Call option, which is a vastly different and a separate feature of banking to use; it does not involve any employee in the bank itself. The Customer Service person argued with me on the phone, did not actually listen to the issue I was trying to explain to her, and in fact not only she did not help me, but she made my issue worse. So, go into the bank and see Ms. Maria or any one of the other helpful ladies who sit at their desk and really help people, and resolve your banking needs, no matter what they are; because your money is up there in one of the most important things in your life .. you can't trust it with just anyone, but you can trust it with Ocean First Bank ladies in EHT. Choosing a Rating number from 1-10, I give them Infinity. Thank you once again, Ms. Maria!

Thank God for Antonietta! She helped me figure out how to manage my money so I wasn’t over drafting and helped me with my account and also emailed to have my money credited back to me. She was a Godsend this morning! Very helpful! Thank you again!
