There is no one in their office to talk with, unlike before Public Storage took over the facility.You’re reduced to voicemail messages. Their phone system for paying is screwed up. In my example, the system told me that my payment was lower due to a credit. I paid the lower amount before the due date. I then get text messages telling me that the amount of the credit is past due.i call customer service multiple times about this and I’m told that it’s an error and to ignore the text messages. I go to the facility to grab a carry on bag for a weekend trip and I’m denied entry and told to contact management. Management does not pick up the phone. The pay the credit amount and a past due penalty. I’m still denied entry. I call management again and I get a voicemail message.

I had no issues at all. Very clean and able to access my unit with no problems. The young man was very nice and friendly. Forgot his name.

Very unprofessional customer service. My mother, who was paying for the service was told that she could not be on the phone and we were hung up on twice because my mother was on the phone. I had to call the corporate office to file a complaint
