Didn't show up within specified time. Had me waiting alllll day for delivery. Then got here and products didn't for in the spaces I had previously sent measurements for then still have not been contacted to remedy the issue.

If I could put no stars I would. What a horrible customer service experience. I rented a recliner for a one month period and they charged me for 2 months after arguing with the very rude girl on the phone she credited me for one month. My contract was from April 3 to May 3. In order to not be charged anything else they said they have to pick up the recliner today being April 29th. So I didnt even have it for a month....... Renters BEWARE !!!!! A VERY SHADY COMPANY. !!!

the representatives at the store in egg harbor call and text you over their personal phones .. which I don’t think is allowed, if your payment doesn’t go through the 1st time .. it’s almost 2024 who leave e their card u locked ??? Like isn’t there a grace period before you get harassed off their personal phones ???

Very small not a big selection. One sofa set smelled like sweaty body odor. Another previously rented set had a lot of pulls in the material and stained. They wanted 26.00 a week for just the sofa. Not paying 1000.00 for a stained worn sofa. Went elsewhere.
