Horrible Walgreens . Customer service is at a low for sure . Multiple times I was in line with 5-10 minutes left of shift before lunch . Was not acknowledge and then was told I am sorry u have to come back after lunch . Just nasty from manager to pharmacy manager . Just sad how long customer service has gone . Health ins is double on item but yet they can act like jerks . Dumb dumb i tell ya . Please fix it a hello goes a long way and being empathetic .

Always helpful. My Fiance is visually impaired and when I send him in to get something he stops and asks for help and they are pleasant, helpful and happy to help.

We dealt with Walgreens back when it was RiteAid. We had such great experiences and were very happy. When Walgreen first purchased our RiteAid it was an extremely messy transition and we were not happy. We gave them a very long time to find their resolutions to the mixups and totally long wait times. We were almost ready to switch, we didn't look forward to this because our entire history was with them but we found it hard to deal with all the staff. Fast forward to present day, we are so happy we stuck it out. The entire staff is wonderful and so friendly to deal with. I do have to say the best asset is Pharmacist Tom. He is wonderful and totally goes out of his way to help you. He is forever going the extra miles to make sure you get everything that you need. He remembers his customs and constantly engages with all of them. I do have to say if it wasn't for Tom we would have left. Thank you so much Pharmacist Tom for restoring our faith with Walgreens.

The pharmacist refused to fill my father's pain medication because she thought he was on too many and may be too strong. My father has terminal cancer pancreatic, liver, stomach and in his lymph nodes. He's in excruciating pain. This is about him having some sort of quality of life. It's a scary time when the pharmacist overrides what the DOCTOR prescribesFor the record he's only on 2 pain medications and the oncologist who gave him a 2nd opinion was upset they didn't have him on stronger medsMy sister came from NY to be with my father and is staying with him at least 3 months. I made arrangements with her doctor to have all her prescriptions sent to wahlgreens including controlled substances. He said it would be no problem. Well this pharmacist at wahlgreens refuses to fill her meds, says she has to live within a 50 mile radius which she does. When my sister gets sick because she suddenly has stopped all medication, there is going to be a huge problemThey need to stop treating every person who is on pain pills as a drug addict. Stop judging and use compassionOn a side note, the Manager Tom has always been helpful and polite

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Was told my prescriptions were to be ready at 3:30 - 4:00 and here I am at 5:00 STILL waiting!!

I am a physician. It took me over an hour to call in an antibiotic to this pharmacy. A prescription that was already electronically scribed to them 2x with confirmation of receipt. If you want to get your medication I wouldn’t use this place.

rude staff, on hold for 45 mins, only to get on the phone with them, for them to tell me that I was not prepared and for them to hang up on me after 2 mins on the phone. terrible pharmacy staff. impatient

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! The techs don't know what they're doing and that is reflective of poor pharmacy management. The male pharmacist is always upset and it shows with how the pharmacy is ran. I do have to say the rest of the store is very courteous and pleasant.

Always a problem with the pharmacy. Never has what you need. Staff is rude and never follows up with customers on prescriptions.
