The service was great. The chicken and wedges were to die for. They were both very hot and fresh. I think the girls name that waited on me was Jamie. She helped me figure out how to use the kiosk. She was Very professional and hustled. Ty

Christine (The manager) is trifling as hell . The dark meat gets green and goes outdated every week and her solution is to wash the smell off. Don’t buy from here bad management and old food. Chicken sits from 10 pm and is served all the way to the morning.

Decent place to stop in for a quick bite or drink. I have to say I'm still very loyal to Wawa. But this store is definitely worth stopping in. Keep up the good work five stars all the way sorry about the Wawa comment. LOL

For the love of God pay more than 1 person at a time at the pumps there's 1 poor dude running around right now servicing 6 pumps by himself and half these card readers don't work.

Woeful products and service. So many times all the gas pumps are closed because staff isn't around to service it. The coffee has all the makings to be decent, but it always tastes watered down and burnt. The chicken will give you GI issues. The only thing I think they do well is breakfast sandwiches sans chicken, but the prices are so bad that I'd rather go anywhere else.

Stopped for gas....fine. I went into the store for a bottle of water. Not impressed really. Cashier not at all friendly. First time here ... probably won't come back

I was an employee at royal farms in egg harbor Twp on fire road. I made the decision to quit last night. For 1 on the weekends they would only put me on and the cook on the busiest nights. I would work the front end and the cook would be in the kitchen. I worked the night shift, the customers would have to wait 20 to 40 mins for their food. Because the chicken and fries that were out was from the day shift. The customers can clearly see that the food didn't look good. I would constantly have customers tell me that the food looked bad can you ask the cook to make fresh chicken and fries. I felt so bad for the customers and I was so embarrassed by this. They were understaffed on the weekends it was only me getting the food and doing the register. I would have to run back and forth. The customers at the register would get so mad because they would be waiting a while to get their cigarettes. It was horrible being the only worker at the front end. And not only that, there's times where I would be the only one in the store from 10 at night until 12 in the morning. It's against policy to only have one worker in the store by themselves. Unfortunately the manager Christine didn't care. The one night she only scheduled the cook. So they only had one worker there until 4:30 in the morning. Secondly one of my old coworkers Sharron was by herself from 10 at night until 12 am. There was no gas guy. A customer came in asking for gas and Sharron told him there was no gas guy. Now if your not trained to pump gas which she wasn't then your not allowed to do it. Also it's policy that your not allowed to leave the store unattended. Well the manager Christine and the district manager terminated her over something she had no control over. One of my old coworkers told me that the manager lied to the district manager telling her she taught my coworker and I how to pump gas. That was a flat out lie. The manager only did that to cover her own butt. I told the district manger neither of us were trained to pump gas. But unfortunately she didn't care, both of them should be ashamed of themselves. Not only that I had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital by ambulance. So I had to call out because of that. The manager texted me the next morning saying you called out without finding coverage knowing that I was in the hospital and the only thing she cared about was that I didn't find coverage. I told her that I wasn't able to come in that night because the doctor wanted me to rest. Now I had a doctors note from the hospital and her response was well your going to have to find coverage and pretty much told me if I can't find it and if I don't come in I would be terminated. So I tried to find coverage but no one could come in. So I was worried about my job so I decided to go in and go against what the doctor told me. Well I ended up feeling weaker and at that point I made the decision to quit. I wrote the manager a letter stating that I quit and I clocked out and left. This is the only job that I've ever worked at that treats their employees horrible!!

I love Royal Farms! Tonight was just for some drinks on the ride home fromMargate, but I LOVE their by the piece chicken breast! Succulent! Their rewards add up quickly too!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Royal Farms. The chicken was overpriced and the fries were soggy. I also ordered regular chicken strips, but I received spicy ones instead. I have serious indigestion problems, so this was not a good experience for me. The staff also lacked professionalism. They were not attentive to my needs and they did not seem to care about providing good customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant to others.

I pulled up today at 3:30pm and used my debit card to fuel up as I usually doHours later I received an email from GeekSeat that I had purchased 1300 dollar tickets to a show in Philadelphia.I immediately went on my bank account and noticed that it was true and that someone also tried 1200 on another purchase that was thankfully denied .Bank representative informed me that the transactions all occured within 20 to 30 minutes after I had used my card at this location .Be aware and stay away if possible.

2:00 in the afternoon - no registers open, self service only.No bags so I had to try to juggle my purchase and put a couple things in my pocket.It's like they don't even want my business. Very disappointed.Other Royal Farms have always given me great service.

Charlene is absolutely HORRIBLE !!!! I was in the convenience store today and I over heard a woman being screamed at for getting a cup of ice water for her son who appeared to be toddler age. Charlene who's name I only know because she screamed it at the customer , was screaming at her for not paying for the cup . Across the entire convenience store. After the customer came back in with change to pay , because she was told a certain amount .. it wasn't enough with tax and Charlene continued to scream at her and belittle her. Will never support this establishment again. This employee does not deserve to be working with customers , how embarrassing for royal farms.

Fantastic chicken and biscuits along with typical quick store shopping.HOWEVER, are you kidding with obnoxious beeper when you place an order, the high pitch screech that the customers and workers have to listen to is so loud it pierces the ears. I heard kids won't even go in the store because it hurts their ears and I'm not the only one complaining about this. At least 3-4 others say the same thing every time I go in there, some customers and some are workers.Can't you come up with another notification system, it's really obnoxious
