“Nice, clean and climate controlled. The rent is due the 1st of every month and if its not paid the late fees are due too. If you don't pay for the month they will change your lock and charge you for that and may auction off your belongings. The upside side is that if your struggling the staff may be able to give you more time depending on your situation. Isaiah was able to get me a one time access when I fell behind so I could move things out of my car.”

“Best U-Haul Experience and Rental Agent. Don at the Ocean Heights Ave New Jersey location who handled the rental for me made sure the Van was spotless. Also took time to explain the contract and the time to go over the controls and location of the gas fill flap which is hidden in the RAM van below the driver door. All of the Rental Vehicles' were lined up and looked like a nice selection. I chose the RAM Van as per speaking with DON on the phone.
This U-Haul Location is very convenient for me. I'll be back again as Don takes care of his customers.”
