Went to this location (EHT) VS the Hammonton branch as I thought it would be better....boy was I WRONG! Same stupid tellers at this location as the other one!! When you deposit a TD Payroll check it should go in as CASH! We'll this dumb teller puts a hold on my account!! I am so sick of the incompetent people that work here and the other location!! So now I have to sit home on a Friday night with no money, can't pay bills that are DUE! Can't do anything until tomorrow, and it better clear tomorrow! Supposedly that's what I am told anyway by their customer support, I laugh at that term, support who?? Themselves thats who!! I am switching banks as I just can NOT handle this place anymore!

Everytime we go to this specific location they try to sell me treasury management services(cash services) and will not give me MY money...I have to drive an addition 15 minutes to Northfield or Absecon where they are awesome and ive mentioned this issue and also gone over my business and both branches and their business sales person said it would not make sense for me to have treasury management services and they have no clue why this branch refuses to give me any amount of 20s I need...I also do their annual compliance questionaire they randomly call me with no issues and they even agree cash services isnt something that would benefit my company..they simply say "its a busy location maybe thats why"..but then they should have plenty of 20s right? I make 1 withdrawal per month and need 20s sometimes its 6k or 7k(once in a blue moon) they refuse to give it to me. And everytime they tell me and my wife about treasury management and cash services...the one time a few months ago i needed 3k in 20s this time at 4pm when they close at 6 told me their vaults are closed for the day....but then i drive to any other TD Bank in the country and NO issues...I could easily transfer the 6k ot 7k into my personal TD acct and ask for 20s what then? but I dont want to be a jerk about it but its getting ridiculous with this location...this branch is not America most Convienent bank/location...Also both Drive up and Lobby ATM NFC(tap) sensors dont work so cant even use a smart wallet its been like that for months. Previous management ran that place much better I believe her name was Danielle. There is a guy by the name of Nick in that office still and hes another person that has always been helpful...
Went there today and the teller told me her manager told her they cant give out large amounts of 20s to businesses anymore and that business owners need to talk to someone...the manager came over while the teller gave me $300 of my original 5k to 6k request....and told me that the other branches should not be giving me money its their rule no matter what TD you go too that businesses with need a high volume of cash like mine need to go through their cash services from treasury management.

I have had 2 checking accounts there, one for about 10 years the other is a joint for about 5 years. I needed some pennies for a hobby project. This was the first time that I ever asked for rolls of coins. I was told by the manager that he could not give me any rolls of pennies. Rolls are only given to Business accounts. That is not how you should treat your account holders, personal or business. He needs to be fired.

Long time banking with TD, but haven't needed to step foot into one for quite some time until recently. They did a great job for us, Especially Dan who helped us out one on one. Started out a lil' rocky, but what doesn't? End result was great. Thank you again Dan!

It's literally the worst td branch I've been to in the area. The tellers lack compassion, and customer service is a joke. Thankfully, there are plenty of other TDs in the area to utilize.

I use the drive thru weekly, usually takes longer than expected. All the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful but I think just very very busy. The lot usually has a lot of trash all over it I know it's near the pike but someone could pick up the trash.
Lots of parking It's very hard to make a left out of the parking lot but making a right is easy.

To whom it matters,"Summary"Run! Go away from this place! Not a safe bank and does not care about their customers at all ?The manager is the most terrible disrespectful person in the whole building. Her name is "Justine A Coyle" vice president and store manager, the ego clearly shows."Story"I had many family members bank here and one way or another there is always a problem and it is because the bank has no safety features to protect their customers.My uncle had an account here that got hacked and there were strange deposits and charges on the account for over a month and they did nothing to warn or protect the customers account. (My uncle is not very tech savvy and does not understand English very well so he does almost all his banking in person)When my uncle finally went to deposit money (which he does at least once almost every month to pay his bills) he checked his account at the branch buildings ATM and saw something wrong was going on.He immediately talked to them about it. but he was talked down to and blamed for everything. His account was frozen and he was told he cannot bank here anymore. (There is proof in the record that this whole thing was not my uncle's fault but they refused to look at the proof)Later they sent him a letter saying he owes money showing tons of charges on his account that he did not make. There were also deposits from the same people that took the money. They kept depositing and taking more and more money. The checks they deposited had their signature and not my uncles.After getting the letter my uncle contacted me and I live in a different state. Since my uncle failed to fix this on his first attempt he didn't know what else to do as he doesn't understand everything. It took a few days for me to come down to help him out .We went into the building and signed in. A wonderful employee greeted us with a big smile ?. She understood our concerns and tried to help us. But in order for her to be able to help us she needed the manager's approval, so she went and talked to the manager.From the start the manager was rude and started talking down to us like we don't understand anything. Started questioning why we waited so long (keep in mind my uncle talked to them right when he found out about the problem). The manager assuming once again we are at fault. Not a single sound of concern or care about her customers showed on her face. It felt like she was racist and just likes to talk down on others because she is a big deal in the building.Only words that I can think of without using foul language to describe her is "unintelligent, egoistic, fool"If I want to complain more, there are never ending complaints about this manager. Her attitude and her tone of voice is so disrespectful and disgusting that its hard to imagine a human being can be this bad.I will end my rant here. Thanks for reading and hope this helped you. I hate to think that this kind of behavior is tolerated in this time and age and so high up in the chain.

Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. EHT TD has been phenomenal with not only me (new customer) but my mother and grandmother for years. I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. Thanks to you and some of your colleagues, EHT will be my go to branch to visit.
