Started calling around 12:30. They didn’t close until 2pm. Kept calling over and over and over again. Must’ve called like 100 times and still no one answered the phone.

To whom it matters,"Summary"Run! Go away from this place! Not a safe bank and does not care about their customers at all ?The manager is the most terrible disrespectful person in the whole building. Her name is "Justine A Coyle" vice president and store manager, the ego clearly shows."Story"I had many family members bank here and one way or another there is always a problem and it is because the bank has no safety features to protect their customers. My uncle had an account here that got hacked and there were strange deposits and charges on the account for over a month and they did nothing to warn or protect the customers account. (My uncle is not very tech savvy and does not understand English very well so he does almost all his banking in person)When my uncle finally went to deposit money (which he does at least once almost every month to pay his bills) he checked his account at the branch buildings ATM and saw something wrong was going on.He immediately talked to them about it. but he was talked down to and blamed for everything. His account was frozen and he was told he cannot bank here anymore. (There is proof in the record that this whole thing was not my uncle's fault but they refused to look at the proof)Later they sent him a letter saying he owes money showing tons of charges on his account that he did not make. There were also deposits from the same people that took the money. They kept depositing and taking more and more money. The checks they deposited had their signature and not my uncles. After getting the letter my uncle contacted me and I live in a different state. Since my uncle failed to fix this on his first attempt he didn't know what else to do as he doesn't understand everything. It took a few days for me to come down to help him out .We went into the building and signed in. A wonderful employee greeted us with a big smile ?. She understood our concerns and tried to help us. But in order for her to be able to help us she needed the manager's approval, so she went and talked to the manager. From the start the manager was rude and started talking down to us like we don't understand anything. Started questioning why we waited so long (keep in mind my uncle talked to them right when he found out about the problem). The manager assuming once again we are at fault. Not a single sound of concern or care about her customers showed on her face. It felt like she was racist and just likes to talk down on others because she is a big deal in the building.Only words that I can think of without using foul language to describe her is "unintelligent, egoistic, fool"If I want to complain more, there are never ending complaints about this manager. Her attitude and her tone of voice is so disrespectful and disgusting that its hard to imagine a human being can be this bad.I will end my rant here. Thanks for reading and hope this helped you. I hate to think that this kind of behavior is tolerated in this time and age and so high up in the chain.

Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. EHT TD has been phenomenal with not only me (new customer) but my mother and grandmother for years. I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. Thanks to you and some of your colleagues, EHT will be my go to branch to visit.

I went in with my co workers to exchange money. Based on the nature of our job we get paid with $1 and $5 bills. We need $100 bills so went in and the people at the counter were extremely rude to us. The lady named Leaksa/Lesha I couldn’t see it clearly because she used her hair to cover her name tag gave us an attitude, slamming door, and throwing stuff around. They took our IDs and took them to the back for 30 minutes, probably to make a copy or something, just because they don’t want to do their job. If counting a couple thousand dollars with a machine and get paid is too hard for you then don’t go to work. The lady named Danielle told me to get my co-worker to give her his ID again while she was helping me but literally that wasn’t my responsibility for their unprofessional work. When I asked if it’s related to my transaction and she said “please I’m just doing my job” then why didn’t she do it right the first time. I went out and got my co worker in anyway because these people are not worth my time. I will come again and hopefully don’t meet them again or else I have to switch bank. I walked in Wells Fargo the other day with my sister and they gave me a cup of water and were very welcoming me. Terrible TD Branch.

Mon Oct 23, 2023. Between 4:20-4:40pm ET.Walked into a TD Bank location in 3002 English Creek Ave, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.I was greeted with an unfriendly look, I told them I wanted to changed $1 bills to $100 bill. Staff immediately showed us that she is not happy with this transaction, also made sure of that. Unprofessional customer service, she could have said no and we will go to another branch. But instead, accept the transaction, walk in and out of the office, banging on the doors, throwing keys to show us she’s annoyed. From the moment we walked in, all she said was how could she help, and “ok one moment”, started throwing stuff. Never actually a moment to explain why we could or couldnt make that transaction. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL, no clear communication. Also she didn’t forget to make me a center of the attention to the whole bank, made me feel like I was trying to do something illegal.Dont usually spend this much time to write a review on google, but this need to be addressed by the GM. That staff made me want to cash all my money out and close both personal and business accounts immediately.Extremely AWFUL experience.

Went to this TD Bank to get several medallion signatures. Spoke to Nick, he handled this without any issues in a timely manner. Went to a different bank prior and spent hours there without getting the signatures. Highly recommend this TD Bank

Iessa was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure how in the world she’s a manager. If you want to be talked down to and want the worst possible customer service experience come visit her here.

It's literally the worst td branch I've been to in the area. The tellers lack compassion, and customer service is a joke. Thankfully, there are plenty of other TDs in the area to utilize.

This branch is ran by a true leader, Justine A. Coyle who is truly dedicated to her job of helping her customers out. She has went above and beyond for me everytime I am in need of any services. She makes the branch a whole and the rest of the team is outstanding themselves.

Absolutely horrible to disabled people. They know I'm disabled and can't get there yet they refuse my wife from doing banking for me. "You must be present" they tell me even though last time they made me come in, I had a horrible seizure due to me being in there and them aggravating me. I think they enjoy seeing me suffer.

Tried to make a purchase online, bank withheld funds because it came up as suspicious. I went to bank spoke with rep at which time he confirmed that it was the bank and noted account that purchase was being made. He asked me to place another order while I was there which I did. 3 days later guess what? Back to the beginning “problem with payment “ Banking Made Impossible” by TD Bank.
