Some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. EHT TD has been phenomenal with not only me (new customer) but my mother and grandmother for years. I came in to do a wire transfer and without surprise, the bank was packed. The teller at the front was kind enough to step away to assist me with the sign in process. I was then greeted by Jessica, one of the customer service reps. Not only was she extremely helpful and thoughrough, she's also extremely polite and understands how to communicate with her customers. Without delay, she proceesed my wire transfer, fast tracked / set me up with my debit card and meticulously went through every detail to ensure I understood every bit. Thanks to you and some of your colleagues, EHT will be my go to branch to visit.

Rude & useless. I've never experienced such rudeness and lack of effort to help. Yes, EHT TD, I'm the disabled guy that you make come out when you tell his wife she can't do his deposits or checks.... You know, the one that had a seizure in your lobby because you FORCED me to enter?? Worthless, uncaring individuals..... If I could give ZERO STARS, I would.

I just want to share a very negative experience I had today at TD Bank... my brother has had an active savings account at this bank for about 10 years now, went there yesterday to get a new Bank card and possibly open a checking account. In the process, the branch manager looked him up in their system and refused to give him a checking account without explanation. Well today I went to this branch because I found out that I got deducted $15 for mainteance fee and I was hoping that they would do a one time courtesy waiver for me. The person that I spoke with her name is Leaksa Cuadrado at first she told me that I actually been hit with mainteance fee twice already so she won't be able to waive that fee for me since it happened more than once, but then she helped change my checking account from convience to simple, which I have to pay $6 per month but I no longer need a minumum balance, but toward the end she told me that she gonna ask her manager to see if the fee could be waived, I lost all hope at that point but to my surprise she was able to waive at least one charge for me and got me $15 refund back. She was very nice and geninue to me and I am sticking with TD bank since there's still nice employee like her that willing to help out people like me. Sorry for the horrible spelling lol.

This bank has no clue how to make international wires. Takes weeks and the money's missing.

Awful branch. Employees gossip and move slower than a slug. The branch manager is a wench! I had an issue with a check deposit and she treated me with such disrespect! I closed my account then and there. Never again will I bank with them. Do NOT use this bank or branch at all!!

A current commercial for TD states that they stay open 10 minutes after closing. Not this branch..... I went there one day and had to go inside to see someone in person and the door was already locked 5 minutes BEFORE closing time. There were still employees inside that just looked at me as I tried to open a locked door. Another day I went and had to stand in a very long line. After about 15 minutes of the line not moving the manager came out and apologized stating that they had a bunch of people off for the day due to graduations. You would think she would have scheduled other employees to work or at that point (where the line was going out the door) she would have went behind the desk and worked. My husband is in management and helps out in Any position that needs help
