Today we didn’t have good experience in this store at Egg Harbor TWP, NJ. I think cashier name was Alicia, she couldn’t explain why two piece costume was $16 and they didn’t have second part but the price was the same $16, doesn’t make sense.

TJ Max is a good store for household products but not so much for clothing. They also have a jewelry area which has some nice pieces at a reasonable price. However, I have had two bad experiences with checking out. One was a nasty cashier who was friendly to others but not to me. Also a young female manager who couldn’t answer questions like an adult. Upon asking her questions she sounded confused about the incident and pursed her lips together like duck lips and replied, nooooo, as if she was Marilyn Monroe or something. She wasn’t professional at all.

I had an outstanding experience at TJ Maxx thanks to Gail, Taylor, and Jennessa. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my visit. Their level of customer service was exceptional, and they are truly some of the best staff I’ve ever encountered. They definitely deserve a raise for their dedication and hard work
