Unbelievably friendly store. I was greeted by wonderful Katrina. She was extremely kind and professional with my online order. Then I was shopping in store for more items and a young gentlemen Kel was just as helpful while I was reaching for a garden item, he also answered several questions and was very accomodating.
I always have a very friendly and positive interaction when I visit the Egg Harbor Location. Staff is professional, knowledgable and extemely friendly!!!

Dog washing station
I guess you get what you pay for
First off the room was a mess with towels everywhere, both wash bays flooded and over an inch of water on the floor. So my wife and I spent 20 minutes cleaning and straightening up so we could use the facilities.
The floor water wasn't going down so I unclog both bays. One of the faucets was still running because of the broken hose nozzle. It was probably running for a while because the water was going into the store.
So I'm unclogging the bays with a small plunger I found in a cabinet as my wife is squeegeeing the floor.
Once the bays were drained, the water turned off and the floor had a lot less flooded we were able to start.
Because of the broken hose nozzle water went everywhere and made it real hard to control the water hitting my dog.
Don't you sell them because I found this one for $5.99 on the TS app.

We used the grooming table with the only dryer. The one setup partially in the doorway and loose grooming arm with no hook for the leash.
I don't know Tractor Supply's program for maintaining the washing station, but they need to be way better.
The store manager needs to remember these pets are family members and deserve better from Tractor Supply.

The manager at this store is pathetic, she wouldn’t allow me to use my employee coupon when i was paying with card. What in world😂 so it turns out she has a huge farm and likes to take advantage of her employee discount so she monitors what her employees spend month to month. Let’s talk about abuse of position… tractor supply better get on it 🙄

Have to say that we are new to the area and this is our new tractor supply and cannot be more pleased with the service. Kell and Troy are always very helpful anytime we head into the store for a large order! It is much appreciated :)

My new favorite TSC. Moved from Tuckerton and glad we have an even larger TSC close by. We have always bought our lawn equipment, and feed here. Ended up having an issue with a new leaf blower we picked up the other day Being already annoyed ours broke, I was not happy. But the manager went above and beyond to make it right. Replacing the suspected bad part for free, and discounting the original purchase. Nicest people I have ever met in this place!!

You can’t beat the pet wash. They provide you with everything, brushes, treats, towels, shampoo, conditioners, deodorizers, and even have options for sensitive skin! Not to mention they provide an apron so you don’t get wet. I was a little worried about using the pet dryer, because the only ones I’ve ever seen were loud, but The this one wasn’t too loud or scary for our fur child,which was a relief. Everything was so nice and the best part was it was all under $12. It costs more to wash him at home! A week later and he is still soft and smells amazing. Washing him was a breeze, easy for us, and he loved all the attention he got while in the store. If I could give more stars I would, I already started telling everyone I know about it. ???

I enjoyed visiting your store today but I must say your outside property is looking very shabby. The litter along your property line is disgraceful. Litter is SO Ugly!! Take some pride in your workplace and keep it clean! Thanks!!
