Be warned. We tried to call ahead to discuss renting their appliance dolly. You can't do that online. So we called. The man answered and put us on hold. After over a half hour, we gave up. When we went in, the woman responded that putting people on hold and ignoring them was their COMPANY POLICY if anyone was in the store, even people who came in long after you called. So, don't even bother calling. If you are looking for an appliance dolly, go to the Absecon Home Depot. It will cost more, but you'll actually find professionals there and reliable responses.

Trapped in uhaul! I get it things break like the front gate but then they cant figure out how to open the only other way out. I'm literally trapped in the storage yard with a few other people.

The store was super clean, I was having trouble locating my U-Haul with the app and the woman in the store offered for me to come inside and she would assist me. She was super friendly (filling in from the Toms River location) and she got me the keys and all set up with my vehicle in less than 5 minutes. The return of the U-Haul was just the same, took about 5 minutes and everyone there was super friendly.

Employees are nice. Place is easy to do business with. I ended up needing the truck I rented for a few extra days due to an unforeseen delay in my move and they were pretty cool about it.

I've rented from this location several times. All equipment is in excellent condition. Alexis is always attentive and knowledgeable of her products. Today's visit she made sure the unit was properly secured and all signals were operational. I can't say enough. You'll be satisfied with this location.
