The absolute worst customer service in the history of mankind! Ive never dealt with a company who does not even try to make their customers happy! Xiomara didnt even attempt to correct the issue I had. Talk about being arrogant! Im in disbelief on how horrible customer service is! PLEASE BANK WITH YOUR LOCAL CREDIT UNION!!! You will regret banking with Fulton bank well atleast the one located in Rosenhayn, NJ. Someone needs to teach their staff what customer service is because they obviously dont have a clue. PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH FULTON BANK.

Horrible costumer service is an understatement. Was talking to Eduardo and he hung up on me twice. He was rude and disrespectful. I ended Calling the 1 800 number and they told me that i have to talk this location again since they were the ones that screwed up. Now I have to talk to unprofessional staff.

I am not a customer with this bank and I never will be now due to the rudeness and inappropriateness of one of its workers. I was loading my young son into his car seat in the midst of a snowstorm just after 6pm when a woman named Brenda came out and started screaming at me that we needed to move our vehicle immediately, that we were blocking something, now understand that we were nowhere near the teller window or doors to this bank, a good 200 feet away up against the walkway to the house. And directly behind the parking spot. (Keep in mind that it's been snowing for several hours and the lot is not cleared and is a mess of snow and ice and no lines visible to anything) She continues to scream and yell belligerently at me scaring both myself and my son. The bank was not open at the time and there was no traffic in the parking lot other than one of their employees leaving. The fact that she came out and screamed at us who knows what else as it was hard to hear everything as we were so far away is just awful. After seeing my son safely off with his grandmother I came to with door to ask what the issue was, and as the bank was closed and had been for several minutes she would not open the door (I understand, safety protocols and all) so I was unable to find out why she was being so horrible to us. What an absolutely terrible way to treat another human being.
