Recently renovated and quick with mobile orders. That's really the only reason this isn't a one star. A cashier was more interested in counting his tips than serving us. After waiting for a while for him to come to the register, he then stated there were no banana splits which we were requesting and walked away without even giving us the opportunity to request something else. 6pm Tues 4/16

Horrible Service , should let real people work there and run it wright, asked for a ice cream, told me didn’t have it, while i had to show him it was in front of his face, buyers beware of TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I guess the closing times listed for this place are just an estimate. Was craving some mint choc chip ice cream. Set out from Fort Lee to drive to Elmwood Park, because it's one of the few places open until 10 PM, or at least that what they lead you to believe. I got there at 9:48 and pulled up to the drive-thru but they told me Baskin was already closed. I asked if Baskin had different hours then Dunkin because closing times were listed at 10PM. He just repeated Baskin was closed for the night. Whatever. Just annoying

By far one of the worst places I ever been to.. ALWAYS SLOW. There's never anyone working likely 1 person the manager is just as lazy as the staff they do more talking then reading the orders and they are always wrong I go there for convenience but I'd rather drive for the peace of mind! This location should close

They took care of customers that came in after us, who actually wanted something that would have to be cooked, when we were waiting for ice cream. Then when we ordered, the kid didn't even know how to fill an ice cream cone, but instead gingerly rests a round scoop on an empty cone. So of course it nearly fell off. Perhaps some training?

Very disappointed. Just received my order. Totally wrong items. Order sat at my front door in the pouring rain for about 15 minutes. No notification that the order was delivered. And no one rang the doorbell. I sent a message and have yet to receive a response.

Worst service I have ever received. Will NEVER return. If management is interested, the lady I am referring to worked 12/19/2020 at 6:00 pm.

This place does it for me. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Prices were reasonable. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.
