I recently had the pleasure of working with the fantastic team at Caluchos. From the moment we stepped into the store, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident. The employees, especially Anthony and Fabian went above and beyond to assist us in designing our dream kitchen, investing a considerable amount of time and effort to ensure every detail met our preferences.Their knowledge and expertise were impressive, guiding us through various options and providing valuable insights into the latest trends and innovations in cabinetry. The patience displayed by the staff was remarkable; they took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget constraints, ensuring that the final design not only met but exceeded our expectations.Seriously, we met with them dozens of times, had multiple on-site measurements taken through the phase of our project, and they never once made us feel like we were asking too much or we were a pain in the behind! They were always available same or next day to meet with us and go over design tweaks. Every single time, they had a smile on their faces seeing us and wanting us to have the perfect kitchen and bathrooms.

We recently remodeled our kitchen for which we obtained the cabinets from Calucho’s Enterprise, I have to say that we are very happy with our choice since we obtained class A service, from the kindness and friendship that the staff showed us, very professional, delivery was on time and in perfect condition, quality and price of the cabinets were excellent, I just have to say "thank you guys, God bless you."

I have this townhouse that I just wanted to update the cabinets. After working with Carlos I ended up doing a massive renovation. He is amazing! Honest person, and went above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend!

WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULDRecommended to us to get cabinets for our kitchen. Picked out cabinets and ordered. We were told all the cabinets they carry are of good quality and they stand by their product. WE ASKED ABOUT WARRANTY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We were told “any problem, we will fix it.”After installation (6/2021), had to have them come back to fix gouges that were made. Just a few months later (12/2021), started to see some separation in the panels. Called to report it since it had been about 6 months and have been given nothing but excuses. Carlos, who came out, said “they aren’t the highest quality cabinet” and that “he was doing us a favor by coming out.” He then told us he would order touch up paint that we never received despite many attempts to follow up.After further following up we were told the company would give us BRAND NEW DOORS to the cabinets that were damaged. Carlos came out to take pictures. We are told to call Fabian at the office to follow up. When we do, we are told they will call us back. When we follow up, we are told the company hasn’t gotten back to them or that Carlos is out of office. When we are given a time to call back, they say speak to Fabian. No one seems to know what they are doing in terms of serving their customers. It is a game of phone tag to them. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS.Dishonest. Zero follow through. Disrespectful of their customers. Will NEVER recommend them.

The quote is only to attract you the store then prices rise and more charges are added to the quote to get the same job done. Very disappointed.

We placed the order on Saturday, on Monday they took the measurements, and by Friday they completed the installation. Very Fast and Efficient. Recommend 100%

Carlos was so helpful and a pleasure to work with! Prices were very reasonable and the choices we had picking out our cabinets and countertop were all beautiful. It was not nearly as overwhelming as it is when you go to a huge store. So happy with our experience!!

I am extremely disappointed and furious with the unprofessionalism with this contractor. Caluchos are unlicensed, with poor quality cabinets, and the worst customer service ever. From not giving a cabinet layout until we were almost done, to chipped cabinets. When we notified them that some of the cabinet doors need replacing, they blamed it on us. Carlos came 8am unannounced one day during the holiday season, while my wife was cooking all night before and started tell me how we don't keep our kitchen clean. I felt like my privacy was violated. After arguing w the a few time they said they would replace the few doors. It is now almost a year of calling and emailing them . Whenever they answer they say they are taking care of it. BULL! I don't expect them to ever live up to their name and word. I could go on and on. Zero 0 stars. AVOID Caluchos Enterprise at all cost.
