Came here on Xmas Eve just before they were closing.. I get there in desperation and tell them that I need a relay part for a boiler and I have 3 little kids and no heat in my home and they refuse to sell me the part because I am not a contractor... they were quick to say they can help if I hired their repair team though... they have no humanity!! Please avoid giving business to these animals!! There are so many other supply shops that would not do this to someone in this situation... I personally would never leave someone in that position if I had the means to help.. horrible people.. heavy set man with a red-ish beard... but he made sure to leave with a big box for himself going to his car at the end of the day... I'm sure he got what he needed!! Merry Xmas F.W. Webb!!

Thanks to Ibrahim Guzman, my home renovation has turned out so beautiful. All the bathroom and kitchen fixtures he advised me on were the best purchases I made for my home.
The best part was ordering everything and getting only what I needed delivered free a few pieces at a time. This prevented any of the stuff lying around and getting damaged during construction. Ibrahim kept on top of the list of items and reminded me when to get what delivered.
I get many compliments and Ibrahim has made me a customer for life! He knows so much about every product that he sells.
Thank you Ibrahim for being so supportive and knowledgeable about all the products in the showroom! Most importantly thank you for listening and guiding me in the right direction! I appreciate you and will be sending my family and friends. I will post pictures soon! Regards, Aisha

All I wanted was a universal fan motor. I had all the specs of the motor I needed and I was treated like an idiot. This guy Sean was completely unprofessional and repeatedly told me I need to call a contractor. I went to Wallington HVAC supply in west Caldwell where they knew just what I needed and were willing to help with no bizarre questions asked.

Ken Price is the best, most competent salesperson I have worked with in many years. He was patient, cooperative, informative and totally customer service oriented. I do not hesitate to recommend him to anyone planning a renovation !
