I wish I can give negative star. Incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Do not trust this business under any circumstances. They blatantly misled me—promising items were in stock, only for me to discover the only thing left was a single open-box item. To make matters worse, I wasted an hour driving there for absolutely nothing. The sales staff couldn’t care less about their customers—once they realized they couldn’t find what I wanted, they just walked away and started serving other people without so much as an apology. Completely unacceptable.

Fantastic selection and superb service!
I recently purchased bathroom fixtures from Frank Webb in Elmwood Park for my bathroom remodel and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The store had an impressive selection of high-quality products, from elegant vanities to modern shower systems and sleek fixtures.
Most important, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and order everything I needed. Mara and Ibrahim took the time to understand my needs and recommended products that were both stylish and functional. The store's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was clear from start to finish. Thanks to Frank Webb, my bathroom turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to install or upgrade their bathroom. Five stars!

This is one stop shop for all of your bathroom needs The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. You cannot beat their service and selection. Homeowners, designers,, decorators, architects, and professional plumbers are always welcome there. Although an appointment is recommended the store front will welcome walk-ins. The quality standards for their displays are remarkable. They have working displays and an vast array of lighting on display.
