“I’ve been visiting clarity for fitness classes for the last 2 years. Taking a group class as opposed to trying to go to a gym alone is much more effective for me personally, so I tried almost every class-yoga, barre, spin, and strong. My favorite is the yoga fusion class on Saturday at 10:15. Melissa has the best yoga instructor voice I have ever heard! I love how I feel balanced/relaxed when I leave and sore the next day (the good kind!). Also, the order of fusion stays similar each week so you get really good at following along after a couple times. This helps me get the most out of the class because my mind isn’t working hard to keep up. Also, on occasion we get cold eucalyptus towels at the end for our forehead and it’s heavenly.
