Great place to take your car. They are very friendly and helpful with my insurance process. And very quick too. They started the process quick, arrange the rental car right away, fixed and delivered my car the time they promised. I have crazy working hours even they delivered the car in my work place. They’re awesome!

Moved to Elmwood park 2 Years ago and needed Mechanic read some reviews for parkway auto and took my car there.. not that I like going to mechanic but Kevin has always been honest and looking to help out... After 8 months, I still do not have the piece replaced. They took my insurance co.'s money and did not care after all that. Now I cannot turn my lease in because they will charge me over $1500

I don’t even know where to begin…. I was driving home one night from the city in my 2019 Ferrari 488 GTB, as I was merging lanes I hit a pothole and my passenger side back tire (Forgiato rim) completely flew sending my car in a complete 360 on highway clipped the front of my car with the guard rail. Lucky i was okay but I thought my baby wasn’t. As I was waiting for my tow truck I typed in body shops near me and this is the first shop that popped up, clearly because it’s ran by god. My car was dropped there 3 weeks ago. I just picked it up today and let me tell you it felt like 2019 again when I was picking it up from the showroom in Manhattan! Kevin did an immaculate job working on my Ferrari and his team is very professional and does things on time and to excellent standard. Thank you Kevin

Went there for an estimate on a bumper and a interior lining of the tire because my car skidded off route 80 at the river drive exit. Normally other places say 3-5 business days he gave me the car in 1 day and his price is reasonable.
