I recently purchased an SR-200 backpack sprayer from them. While I was there Steve helped me diagnose a problem for a friend's FS-55R weed wacker. He was respectful, and patient with the limited knowledge I have with small engines as a woman. Didn't try to throw parts at it. The sprayer is the first piece of Stihl equipment that I own, and it's comforting to know that I have an honest, reliable technician to take it to if it needs repair. Thanks again, Steve.

I brought in a lawn mower and blower for seasonal service and can't be happier with the service. Steve, the repair technician, is friendly, knowledgeable, practical and informative - which is especially helpful since I'm not a professional. He didn't push at all for upgrades or unnecessary services, very fair on the invoice.

Oh man the best place to buy tools! The man at the counter helped us buy a concrete saw and tested it for us. He also made sure that we understood how to run the machine. Thank you for your amazing service!
