If I could give this business zero stars or negative stars, I would. My husband called ahead about a Volkswagen Eos convertible. The lackadaisical salesman ignored us when we came in, but we saw the car and just went to look at it ourselves. It was a sunny Wednesday, the third day of warmth & sun after torrential rain over the weekend. The interior of the car was so soaked, we couldn't even see inside of it. We said, "Wow, this car leaks" and the salesman said, "Yeah, it had a leak, but we fixed it." Obviously, they had not. It was a convertible! Clearly it had not occurred to them to put the roof down for each of the preceding warm sunny days to dry it out. When we opened the door, we nearly choked on the smell of mold that poured out. We had never test-driven one and my husband suggested that we put something on the wet seats and see if we just felt comfortable with the way it handled but I was too nauseated and could not leave the place quickly enough. I don't know how this business makes any money.Go anywhere else

Employees here harassed my friend when she was walking down the street. Women are not safe at this place.

Great vehicle choices, friendly staff. Big shot out to Teya in Finance whose patience and knowledge is awesome! From the lot guy Wilmer to the owner, Rte 4 is top notch! Worth my two hour trip from Trenton. Great work, gang. Keep NJ Moving.

I bought a vehicle from them 3 weeks ago and the two people I worked with that day guaranteed that whatever it fails inspection for, they would pay for it. I purchased a 30 day and extra 90 day warrantee for this. I took it to get inspected 2 days ago and it failed for the windshield, brakes, and all 4 tires. Now they've told me they are covering nothing and will not answer any of my calls. Extremely misleading, fraudulent, and terrible business.

I was going to buy a 15 legacy from here. Took it to the mechanic and 11 different codes popped up worth thousands in repairs. Mechanic said it might have been in a flood. Whole time dealers wanted me to buy the car fast just cause I had put a deposit down. They said they had taken it to a mechanic themselves and that the car was in perfect condition. They also flipped the price on me by adding extra fees a day before I was going to come in to buy it. Wouldn’t go here again because of the lies and unprofessional. Never ended up buying it.

I was in the market searching for a car on carguru and came across a toyota camry at route 4 auto exchange on 11/07/22. went to go see the car and it was the best first time experience I had for first time financing a vehicle. They (Tia and tierra) were polite, honest and really made my first time purchasing a car amazing experience. I with 100% rate this dealership a 5 star ? and would suggest anybody looking for a pre-owned vehicle to come here. Thanks again for really helping me find a car I really love. Much appreciated!!!

Elizabeth MierzejewskiWorst experience buying a vehicle!!! We had purchased a vehicle for our 17-year-old son 2 months ago and had nothing but problems. The check engine light came on several times with the same issue, and we could not get it to pass NJ inspection. This dealership has not made good on their promise to fix it and now we are left with thousands of dollars' worth of repairs they neglected to fix. They kept making excuses and avoiding our calls. It got to the point that I had to return to the dealership several times for them to work on the issue. We brought it back to them at least four times and each time they claimed to fix the issue, but instead they put a band aid on the problem by gluing the parts that needed to be replaced. We asked them to address the matter so the car can pass inspection since you cannot sell a car that cannot pass inspection in NJ. The last time they “fixed it” they also did a private inspection and as soon as we drove the car the check engine light came back on. Be extremely careful with your inspection as well, take your time and take it to your own mechanic. These five-star reviews are bogus. How these guys sleep at night is beyond me. AVOID this dealership to escape the frustrations and loss of money they have caused me.If you have had a terrible experience, please file a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau to bring these issues to their attention.I just wanted them to correctly fix the issues and leaks that we had since we bought the car, but glue was their idea of fixing the problem instead of replacing what was wrong. We also ended up replacing the turbo and the motor. As for our mechanic, he felt that they knew about these issues and put a band aid on it so that they could sell it without spending the money. We are spending around $8,000 to fix the turbo and motor on a car that we purchased in good faith for a little more then $10,000. My son is heartbroken.

First off, we waited around for about 2 hours before any salesman showed up to negotiate a deal on the Corolla we were interested in. We made an offer and he text his boss and came back with a price $3,000 higher than list price! List price was $11,000. After much back and forth and mentioning all the problems the car has we, finally made a deal with the salesman for $11,750 which clearly was communicated that it included all taxes and fees. All this time he was texting with a boss that I thought was not there. Then we went into a small room in the back of the office to pay and there was the boss that he was texting with 15 ft away. I went to give him the money and verbally mentioned the price to him that we had agreed with the salesman on through text message with this boss. He said oh no that doesn't include taxes. He talked to the salesman and then the salesman came back to us and said the boss isn't willing to do it after all. So they wanted us to pay $11,750 plus taxes which means we would be paying higher than list price which was $11,000
