Customer is the worst I start service t mobile 2 days ago came to the store to get one of the phone waited over 3 hours because the system went down. GM was in helpful the guy that helped me with the phone was ok. Manager did nothing to ease the problem because I got focus information while starting service T-Mobile suck to get this service!!

Went for an upgrade from my 11 it was an easy process, the vibe feels totally different whole new staff. Really missed that kid Dre or Dray!! He always was so nice and helpful, kept the place rocking!! I recommend here nonetheless better than going to Paterson LOL.. Love LOVE the new 15 PRO!

waited over 30 minutes for anyone to even look in our direction- just for them to tell us that they could not give us any information without a pin, and to ask for a generated pin the primary account holder needed to be present. Associate that eventually helped us was apologetic and nice enough, but T-mobile will continue to bill you monthly for services that aren't provided when you've already transferred all lines from your account, refuse to let you cancel without a pin number, but make it impossible to generate a new pin once your lines have already been transferred. Ridiculous customer service, T Mobile will do anything to hold you hostage.

We received wonderful customer service from Craig! He is incredible and courteous and knowledgeable. He greeted us with a smile and has a great personality in dealing with customers. We needed an extra line and it was accomplished without any complications. I would highly recommend the Elmwood Park store for all your T-Mobile needs

I walked in to upgrade my sisters phone and they said that the cannot sell me the phone unless we buy a protection plan. I’ve been to multiple tmobiles and none of them have ever said that. He just said that “that’s how it works in this store” and then just shrugged. I’ve been a T-mobile customer for over 6 years and never have heard or been told anything like that.

Ridiculous to pay my bill, upgrade my phone, and ask for a breakdown of my bill I waited a good 30 minutes. Staff member seen me sitting all this time and helps out the next walking in customers and ignores me. I heard “we’ll be with you in a few minutes” more than 6 times. Awful customer service. Then he said me you just need to “pay a bill” I reply I’m already taken care of with an attitude his response “SHE’LL BE IGHT” #ridiculous

Today I went to activate a new phone. After 90 minutes on the phone with someone in India. They told me to go to the store. My guy Mike G, had me in and out in less then 5 minutes. He was personable experienced and all business. When in doubt just look for the really big rings like drake said and mike will help you out.

Deandre and Ariela was a great help. I came in to get service on my tablet but they said it was wifi only. They hooked me up with a free tablet and unlimited data.

New Crew!!! From Carlos, Dre, Henry to Nikki, nothing but, Exceptional Customer Service!!! I went to the store ready to switch my services, because I was so upset with the problems that I had been having with my IPhone from day one almost, that was not getting resolved. My bill was paid every month on Time! But I was not getting the services that I was paying for! I was greeted by Carlos when I entered the store, he “listened”, as I explained that it was confirmed by Apple that my iPhone had had some glitches that had not been ironed out, but, they wouldn’t exchange my iPhone… Carlos immediately, offered me three solutions and I went with the one that I liked best, I actually, purchased some other products and services, as well and I am pleased with the response from each Team member when, I have questions!!! No one ever makes me feel like I’m a bother or an inconvenience. Thanks to Nikki and her Crew!!!Luwanda

I never have good experiences at phone stores, I always spend longer than I'd like but not this time ! Ryan was a great help. After having my phone stole. Earlier that day he laid out all of my options and helped me pick how I was going to move forward. Ryan was able to disconnect my old phone, set me up with a new one, making sure everything was downloaded on my new phone and erased from my old phone. Ryan was such a delight to work with and I am so glad he was there to help me. Even though I do not live in the area, I will be going to his location for further inquiries. Thank you AT&T & Thank You Ryan!
