The drive thru ATM is down at least once a week = not conveneint bc then there is an even longer line at the inside ATM. Then to get miney out of your own account with a teller it's a whole process where despite having your bank card and real id, they still have to send you a code to your phone. I am not against the security, i am against the ATM always being down and the inconvenience it causes for all. However, the employees at this TD are friendly so thats a great thing.

Clean and bright and welcoming, not what I expected from the 2 star average I saw before hesitantly rolling to this branch.. pretty sure those are all older reviews. They had their lollipop holders Clock full of bright pink lollies a couple days early for breast cancer awareness month, and the teller was quick, communicative and friendly :)

Their PPP loan rep Klaravanessa Medrano got hostile with me on the phone and hung up on me because there was a problem opening an attachment she sent me to sign. I sent several emails explaining that I already opened the encrypted PDF file with a password but did not find the attached documents to be corrected. In return I got redundant emails claiming I never opened her encrypted email and an explanation to what an encrypted file is which I never asked about. She also constantly emphasized that when I email her I have to also email another associate because I have 2 officers working on my loan. She even highlighted those instructions in caps and yellow, which is not my job to do and is extremely rude to have a client follow internal protocol. When I spoke to her on the phone and walked her through the steps of how I opened her email she listened then when I told her that my screen does not show the attachment in question and I noted in an authoritative voice that by sending me redundant emails she is implying that I don't have competency in understanding how to use Adode she went crazy and hostile repeating my name in a threatening way then pausing and then hanging up the phone without any conclusion! I told her that we should just continue with the application process and get over the mishap, she kept returning and denying my accusation saying she "never said I am not proficient" the denial was already confirmed by me but she refused to move on getting angrier. She then attempted to call back but I was already calling the branch to report this obnoxious behavior. The problem was that I used another form of Adobe to open her emails but have not been able to see the attachment, she has not advised me about this nuance and kept repeating that I still did not register for the encrypted password, which I have, otherwise I would not be able to open her email at all and reply through the secure system. In another faux pas she confused the tax year which should be corrected on my form and I had to figure that out by myself and bring it to her attention. I hope a supervisor will review our emails and phone conversation and take measures so people won't get treated with undue hostility.

Today my partner and I wanted to get a head start to beat the Saturday crowd here. Due to social distancing, they only allow 11 patrons inside at a time and their parking lot small. We waited about 5 minutes until the doors opened with 4 other patrons It's unbelievable that there was only one teller on hand as the line was getting bigger. I like this bank as there's no charge for gift cards if one has an account with them vs. their other competitors. However, their customer service gets a failing mark. This transaction would have taken a few minutes but we were there for 30 minutes. Thank goodness we only come once a year for this.

The absolute worse bank branch ever if you are a minority person. Do yourself a favor and close your account and go to a different establishment. The customer service for non-white customers is to be ignored, you must wait three times as long to get what you need and frankly in this new decade and times completely unacceptable. The best approach is to remove all your money from this bank and go to any entirely different bank where you will get the treated with respect.

Ok so I walked into the bank today, normally I'm dressed presentable but today I walked in with a jump suit, and everyone turned there heads and looked down when they saw me, I waited by sitting area where there are two customer service reps sitting one with a customer and other just pretending to type on her computer, I waited 7 minutes not one person here greeted me or even asked if I needed help. I got up and just walked out and even than no one stopped me or said anything.. this was my favorite branch 4 years ago now it has to be one of the worst TD Branches I have ever been to in my life they need to fire every single employee here ASAP because I know 6 people that already have transferred to PNC and BoA from here and it will continue to diminish the reputation of TD this is just plain unacceptable. In any business

Came here before 9am to do some business. I can't believe how fast the teller, Aya, was. I had several deposits and an issue with a debit card which she was able to help me with also. In and out in less than 5min. She was also super nice and courteous.

Worst TD Bank ever. I repeat, WORST TD BANK EVER. Especially the ATM outside the bank. Got my card stuck in the ATM twice on 2 different occasions. TWICE. They need to fix that ATM outside the bank. Terrible.

Horrible! Place always have a line. They gave 6 counters but it's usually only one teller. You would be lucky enough if there's 2 teller. Why doesn't the manager do anything about this matter?
