In what should have been a straightforward financial transaction, I found myself facing a level of personal involvement from the manager that crossed ethical boundaries and displayed clear bias.During a routine visit to the branch to discuss a financial matter, I was assigned to a manager who, instead of maintaining a professional distance, became overly involved in my personal financial affairs. This manager not only questioned my financial decisions but also made unsolicited comments and judgments about my financial situation, displaying a clear bias that made me uncomfortable and uneasy.What was particularly troubling was the manager's lack of objectivity and impartiality. It became apparent that they had formed preconceived notions about me and my financial standing, leading to a series of recommendations and actions that seemed more reflective of personal bias than professional judgment.Moreover, the manager's behavior exhibited a disregard for privacy and confidentiality. By delving too deeply into my financial matters and expressing personal opinions without solicitation, they breached the trust and confidentiality that should be inherent in any banking relationship.As a customer of TD Bank, I expect a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and respect for privacy. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this manager fell far short of those expectations. Their biased involvement in my financial affairs not only undermined my confidence in the bank but also raised serious concerns about their adherence to ethical standards and customer confidentiality.In conclusion, I urge TD Bank to review their internal policies and provide training to ensure that all employees, especially managers, uphold the principles of professionalism, objectivity, and respect for customer privacy. Customers should feel confident that their financial affairs are handled with the utmost integrity and without bias. Most inconvenience Bank ever. ATM’s are always down. Drive thru ATM is never working so , it’s a waste of time trying to use it . This past holiday season the ATM was completely down at the drive thru so , inconvenience . Never any parking. And very rude , not helpful employees.

TD bank is great bank, but the image that they have in this branch represents by the supervisor Odalys is horrible, we have been in the branch many times, she treat people different according what is their background, discrimination and hate is bad and is no acceptable. We have been treated so bad several times. She sould not be there at all represents TD BANK, is not recommended to open TD bank account and the only option for you this branch, you will expect the worst service in the world. TD Bank can have a better employee than her.

TD Bank needs to change their logo phrase. The machines at this location is always down. It’s very inconvenient that they close early and the machines are never working even the new ones.

I visited the store last Wednesday afternoon to create an a CH account was supposed to get an email to verify by Friday never got one it’s Monday. Still don’t have one called the bank itself spoke to someone they said a supervisor or manager was gonna call me back still haven’t heard from them and it is very imperative that I had this account. I am so disappointed in his bank more and more. I have a business account with them and I am I am very disappointed with them thinking of going to another bank, very professional and not calling me back and I waited last Wednesday 40 minutes just to speak to someone.

If I could give them no stars, I would!this bank has terrible customer service they do not care about their customers and they have no respect for them! they never ever inform you if there is fraud on your card they just lock your card and never inform you! Recently they locked me out of both my account because of a check that they had already deposited & was available in my account because they suspected fraud.and they don’t even care they refused to tell me why until they got an email back and then they told me my accounts were still frozen so I called the police to have them give me all money in my account so I can close my account and go to another bank, do not deal with TD Bank!!!

worked at this branch for a cple years back in 2010/2011. Go easy on the tellers. This place was ALWAYS busy when I worked there.

Worst bank ever. Came in with a valid ID and a withdrawal slip with the account number on it and still couldn’t get my money.

One of the ATM's is usually out. The drive thru tellers are very slow. And rarely ask how you would like your money back.

Clean and bright and welcoming, not what I expected from the 2 star average I saw before hesitantly rolling to this branch.. pretty sure those are all older reviews.They had their lollipop holders Clock full of bright pink lollies a couple days early for breast cancer awareness month, and the teller was quick, communicative and friendly :)

Terrible customer service!! They close at 1 o'clock I was online at 12:50. I saw the drive-through lights turn red while I was on line.I get to the window and the guy tells me my money will not be ready to come back tomorrow at 11. All I wanted to do was cash a check. That I said terrible customer service it was too young Arabic looking fellows.
