Went here for a battery replacement in my iPhone. High quality work for a reasonable price. Took about 20 min. No complains whatsoever. Easy in and out. Would definitely use them again if I needed my phone fixed.

I have used tech plug several times(4 i think) now to repair the screen of my iPhone. They are very helpful, friendly, and have reasonable pricing! Being as I am a repeat customer since I tend to drop my phone too much, the times I returned after the first were a little cheaper than the first time which was very nice! Def recommend them!

Wouldn't recommend buying from this shop.I ordered a phone through Swappa and cancelled the order immediately because I wanted to buy another model from them instead.However they charged me a 5% restocking fee to cover the PayPal fees even though these fees can be refunded by PayPal.Phone prices are really good, but customer service could be improved.

Needed to replace back glass for iPhone. Went through the reviews. Called a few places. This was the most reasonable price. Used “instant quote” on their website. Not automated but someone responded within the hour. Price was honored the next day when I stopped by. Phone looks like new. Place is also very clean — cannot see the backroom where they do the repair work but given the front showroom, highly confident it is equally organized and clean back there. Highly recommended.
