“Best Smoke/Vape Shop around. The owners do the best job of showing that they appreciate your business. Their amazing customer service & offering/updating broad product selection is the best that I have experienced in a very long time with any type of business.”
“Found this gem in the pandemic and have been ordering ever since. But I just ordered yesterday afternoon around 1-2pm and received an email from UPS that my package from Hookah Paradise is out for delivery. Talking about good service..thank you to the Hookah Paradise Team!”

“I visited Sanj’s store during my last visit to NJ. What a treat! Sanj was welcoming in a way I have never experienced. He sets a high bar for the industry. It was a fantastic experience to meet the man, smoke cigars with him and his friends, and learn from him—terrific business; terrific human being.
Sanj, I look forward to seeing you again soon.”
“Joes smoke shop The best establishment, outstanding service and products in Cliffside park. Thank you for all that you all do as a team. Truly appreciate you. Loyal customer since 2023.”

“I love the vibe at AZ Tobacco and Smoke Shop – the pleasant smell of fresh tobacco fills the air, the relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to browse, and the wide selection of products means there’s something for everyone. The decor is cool and inviting, and the staff are clearly knowledgeable and happy to share their expertise. A great spot for any tobacco enthusiast!”

“Exceptional and professional service always ! I’ve been a regular here for years and they always have what I need. Khalid had the best vibes and energy as well!”
“What an excellent establishment. Went with my friends to purchase a new pipe and tobacco. The tobacco was some of the best I've ever smoked and priced very fairly. I'm going back today and I couldn't be more excited. Come to this place and you'll be welcomed as a friend by the owner Gary, one of the most stand up individuals I've ever met.”
“After visiting 5 different stores, I landed in this gem in Passaic. I was looking for hookah and hookah products, good priced hookahs, and a knowledgeable person to answer my questions. HAILEY took the time to answer all my questions, recommended the hookah that was comparable to what I was looking for and most importantly it was cheaper and sleek looking compared to all the other ones I was shown in the other 4 stores. As a matter a fact, the same hookah I bought was $125 in another store, and I purchased it here for $80. This truly shows me they are giving their customers the best prices. I would 100% recommend this spot.Hailey is so knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Thank you so much!”
“The customer services is amazing. They are very knowledgeable in their products and in their services not only are they knowledgeable they are very professional and very respectful with anybody that comes through those doors they do not discriminate, nor do they disregard anybody they don’t look at them as customers rather than as family, they socialize with their customers and they help them out by giving them discounts. Of course if you know them and if they know you well, not only do they sell, but sometimes you can just talk to them and they are very opening. The owner is an amazing person. He’s very humble and very outgoing, there is a gentleman by the name of blue who is very professional and very friendly and is accepting with his customers. His work skills are phenomenal. I do recommend going to this place rather than any other to go buy your products. I don’t think they deserve a five star I do believe their rating should be infinite stars of how good of a service they do, and how well they take care of you other places will scam you with these people will never scam you best place to go”
“Had an awesome experience at this smoke shop! The owner was super friendly and incredibly helpful, he really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all my questions. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. Whether you're new or experienced, this is definitely the place to go. I'll for sure be coming back. Highly recommended!”

“I have been coming to this smoke shop from past 4 years now and they always amuse me with great deals. Ari is so so helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Their quality is fire….Definitely recommend this for smoke lovers looking for some real good authentic products.”
“Vast selection. Bought a defective product, brought it back no questions asked and allowed me to exchange for a better one. Great customer service! Keep up the great work guys!”
“Everytime I go in it's usually Ethan helping me out and hes been great with his customer service towards me everytime. Sometimes recommending me a better option than what I'm going to buy and its always been great help.
If there's anything about the store I would say it's that the selection of thc-a related inventory should be increased and with more variety IMO as the flower and concentrate products are lacking. If there were more options and variety in terms of rosin, badder, crumble, etc instead of the same 2-3 selections I would be inclined to spend more here when I do”
“Always friendly ,has all your smoke products ,great selection of hookah products and great rewards points you can accumulate and use for discount on your next purchases ?”
“Absolutely love the staff here. Joy is so helpful and genuinely so pleasant (love you girly) as well as Gabby. Great prices and also great products. Cannot complain about anything at this establishment.”
“Hands down the most stacked smoke shop in the Tri state. Not to mention the guys there never let me leave unsatisfied. They take care of me in every way and treat me like family. Ipuff smoke shop is the only way to go. Huge shout out to them! ?”

“They have a lot of good stuff but I just wanted an elf bar and the flavor I got have no flavor idk if it the brand itself or the flavor but I am sorta wishing I got another flavored.”
“What a spot for a wide variety of cigars. And they carry my BoneShaker brand. I come here to stock up when I travel the world for work & they never let me down. The full bar & lounge is a great spot to have a drink before I go home. I don’t watch sports but they have tvs playing all the games. A+ establishment”
