There are never enough tellers no matter what time of day you get there. Always a line. It’s a shame because the teller that is there is great. Hey Corporate, get it together. Not all of us need an ATM and prefer human contact. Hire more tellers. I’ve walked more times lately due to line.No lines at the Hawthorne branch.

Me and my husband after so many years decided to change the bank for some reason and our friend referred us at Wells Fargo which Jocelyn and Teriola was so helpful and so friendly! Highly recommended and we got out faster that we thought with the best rates ever!

Run down building and interior. The parking lot is trash-filled. So they close the Fair Lawn branch and keep this unsafe, unkempt branch open. I guess they want their clients to switch to a different bank?

I came to cash my paycheck and rushed from work and got here at 4:58pm and door was already locked, went to the Clifton location the next day and told the manager what happened and she says her store doesnt lock door until 5:01.

Today I was at THIS (Elmwood park) location in particular and there was only ONE person available to open accounts. I spent 45mins just waiting and waiting. The other attendant who was supposed to be assigned to opening accounts was out to lunch starting "15mins prior to me getting there" and the entire time I was there. This is the EXACT reason I do not like to bank with Wells Fargo! You have 3 tellers and there's still a line with 10 pple on it. If I could upload a photo I would! Either they get more employees or stop letting everyone go on lunch during rush hours smh. There was an police officer/security officer that was there making me and another African American women very UNCOMFORTABLE by continuously STARING at us and only us. Very disappointing and I will NOT be returning and I will have everyone ik that banks with this branch change bank providers. Never in my 29 years have I delt with such foolishness. I spent an hour and a half waiting PRIOR to even seeing a person. In total I spent 4hrs and some change in this location just trying to open an account. The only reason I even waiting is because my husband banks with wells fargo and we're opening a savings for our daughters. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Friendly staff... sort of. But expect the atm to do a better job then any of the tellers. Even when it doesnt want to take your checks or dollar bills.
