In particular I would like to call out the tremendous service I received from Vanessa Robinson. Even though they had closed up for the day, she took time to help me put the vehicle into their system to assure that it would be promptly looked at once the service center was back open.
She was kind and thoughtful, heard out the issues with my vehicle, and made to sure to let me know what to expect for next steps. It seriously caught me by surprise how accommodating she was through the entire ordeal.

“I don’t usually post reviews, but the service that I had received from Chris and Gary at Chris Lordi’s Auto Body was exceptional and deserves to be recognized. I had been hit on the front driver’s side fender/bumper area of my Lexus RX350, and the accident was declared to be a no fault accident, meaning that my insurance company would be covering my claim. From the minute I dropped my car off to be repaired, I felt reassured that my car was going to be taken care of. The insurance company was trying to cover the absolute minimum ($1,900), but Chris handled everything for me. My car needed $8,000 of work, and he made sure to get me the full coverage; he took care of talking to New Jersey Manufacturers insurance. Gary handled all of the actual work that was done to the car and when I got my car back, it looked brand new. No one could tell there had been any damage. Additionally, they cleaned and detailed the inside of my car so that it really looked extra good- you would have thought that I just bought it off the sale lot. I’m so impressed with their service. Everything was done in a timely fashion. They would call and check in with me to let me know what was going on. I never had to worry about anything. I am so grateful for all of their help. Hopefully I won’t need to go back to them again, however, if I need any work done on my car in the future, I will definitely be going to Chris Lordi’s Autobody- truly the best service out there!”

“I review very little but felt compelled to write this immediately after returning home from my service appointment today.
Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
“After dropping off my 2013 Mustang GT, there was a point when I was getting irritated with this place. My repairs were taking longer and costing more than we had initially discussed. I was losing my patience....
But then I picked up my car two days ago and I could not be happier. I told Jose that I wanted it to look like new and he took that seriously. It looks like I just drove it off the dealer's lot 13 years ago! He even detailed the interior and I didn't ask him to do that. The thing is immaculate. I went from being embarrassed that I let my Mustang get so run down to being damn proud of my car again.

Sales at MSRP and below seem like things of the past at your local Toyota and Honda dealerships.Subarus are special and so is Liberty Subaru.I was considering trading in my Crosstrek for a Forester and when I saw the new Wilderness models, I knew it was time.
