Great experience at Liberty Subaru in Emerson leasing our second Crosstrek. Dan Rovelli was super helpful and extremely patient before we made the decision. We started some of the process the day before so we did not have to spend much time at the dealership. Off we went driving our new Crosstrek. Thanks a lot Dan!

I’ve been suspicious each time I have taken my vehicle if they are actually working on it? The last one proved it all. I had taken my car to them based on their recommendation via email that my pads needed changing. I scheduled the appointment specifically for that reason and after 2 hours of waiting there they came back saying they also need to change the rotors. I had fixed those a little while ago somewhere else due to my suspicion and that’s when I realised they are lying to me. I don’t know if I will ever visit this place again other than an oil change and am so disappointed that instead of improving they went backwards and my suspicions were correct. I’m not a crazy feminist or anything but I have noticed and come to realise that Just cause I’m a woman, a few times I was bluffed to and it doesn’t mean I don’t know cars!!! Doesn’t mean you can bluff!!! I ended up changing the pads myself and it cost me a total of $50 vs the $580 they were to charge me had I listened to them …

If you're like me, you dread car shopping. Liberty Subaru made the experience so great! We were looking for a reliable and safe car for our son who just got his license. We could not have been happier with our experience here. Alex Bedoya was patient with us. He listened to what we wanted and showed us our options. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He made the purchase process seamless and easy by communicating with us every step of the way. He never pressured us, nor did he make us feel like he just wanted a sale. When we went to pick up the Crosstrek we found the same professionalism and kindness from every staff member. I highly recommend Liberty Subaru to anyone looking for a new or preowned Subaru. They really are top notch, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back there should we be in the market for a car again.

A Decade of Loyalty, but Failed on the Basics
I’ve trusted Liberty Subaru for 10 years since buying my Legacy in 2015, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I needed an invoice for a 1/5/24 EyeSight repair I paid $106.87 for, required for a class action settlement.
• 8/13/25: Called, promised an email. Nothing came.
• 8/19/25 (noon): Called again, same promise, still nothing.
• 8/19/25 (5:46 pm): Patrick Kim told me they could only provide a printed copy. After pushing, he agreed to send an email. The invoice I received showed only $32.76.
• 8/19/25 (7:11 pm): Patrick admitted their “system change” corrupted the record, so they can only provide the wrong amount, even though he sees the correct charge on his screen.
• I emailed Service Manager Sareen Devilla—no response after two weeks.
It should not be this hard to get a basic service record. A dealership is expected to keep accurate records and provide them promptly when requested. Instead, I got delays, excuses, and the wrong information. After a decade of loyalty, Liberty Subaru completely failed me when I needed them most. If you value accurate records and accountability, look elsewhere.
