“Flor Bella Designs went above and beyond what I expected. Im from California and could not attend my sister's grave site service in Mahwah. Not only did they make an arrangement with the colors I requested.... Blue and white... Her favorite color, and the color of the ocean.... Which she lived on, but they added sea shells to the arrangement! Everyone loved it! It was beautiful and unique. Thank you for helpng me play a small part in this heartfelt day.”
“Always the best place to go for Flowers. Love the location, the staff, and the service. Flower arrangements that present a bouquet that my wife likes to see around the house. To build a beautiful bouquet for a wonderful Valentine's and Anniversary gift.”
“Thank you so much. Im so grateful for your customer service. Its a rare commodity with most companies. I know this is a busy season for you and yet you take the time to reach out to me with options to correct the situation. For that alone im grateful.
The florist delivered a beautiful arrangement to my family but the flowers were not the color i expected. The were willing to replace the arrangement. Unfortunately, my family was not available to do the exchange. They then offered others options. Ive ordered from them for years and they never disappoint on quality and design execution. You can order with confidence. I live in Florida and my family is in NJ so its comforting to know the arrangement represents our sincere Thanksfulness during this season of Thanksgiving.
Im sure to share my story with others. You have a loyal customer in me.

“I stopped in and worked with Elton on my wedding bouquet. I brought him a few ideas and he created the perfect bouquet! Everything I wanted and worked within my budget. Phenomenal experience!”
“Overall they seem to have a nice variety of plants and gardening supplies. I was there to get herbs and they had a nice variety of both standard and organic, with one exception- I didn’t find any organic basil, which was disappointing. My wife asked inside and was told it was on the back patio but we searched everywhere and only found the standard.
Maybe it was because we were there midweek but there was no real help around. The older lady inside at the register was nice enough.
I was also hoping that maybe they grew and sold fresh fruit and vegetables but alas, they do not.
Also, if you read past mentions of a petting zoo or miniature donkeys, they no longer have any animals.
Overall, they have a good variety and were pretty well organized and clean.”
“Flower, bush, and tree selection is extensive! Tons of parking, helpful staff, selection is always in good condition. Entirely landscaped my businesses front and back with foliage from New Bridge — thank you so much !!”
“What happened to Pantophobia Haunted Attraction at the farmstand? It’s in the middle of a park now, I was expecting a fun new location in Mahwah but sadly that’s not the case, I miss the old Pantophobia!”
“Metropolitan Wholesale is hands down one of the best places to get flowers and floral supplies in the area. The quality of their flowers is always outstanding — everything is fresh, vibrant, and lasts much longer than what you typically find elsewhere.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Whether you're buying for an event, a business, or just picking up something nice for your home, they take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. Their selection is huge and the pricing is very fair for the quality you get.
You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ve been here multiple times and the experience is consistently great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality flowers and great service.”
“Although i didnt get what i want, but hopefully soon, Nancy,Henry and the Boss still delivering the best service to me ????
Huge selection of water plants like lotus, lilies, colocasia, carnivour plants.
For all who loves water plants should visit this store ???”
“This is a long overdue review for Schweinfurth. I am beyond grateful for Chet for fulfilling the casket cover of flowers for my loved one's funeral. It happened right around the 4th of July holiday and their time off in the summer but he took the time to make it extra special and deliver on time. If I ever need flowers in the future, I will be ordering from them. Thank you again for your open communication and care during a difficult time.”
“Visited American Nursery looking for a dogwood tree and native plants and found a wide variety + knowledgeable staff. I’m on my way to building a Jersey Friendly certified yard.
Buy local - Buy Natives.”
“Went in 30 mins before close on a Friday and received the prettiest bouquet I’ve seen in a very long time! Couldn’t stop complimenting it enough, and it was wrapped in beautiful paper that matched the flowers. We were so happy to present this to our family member for her birthday! We’ll be back - thank you!”
“If you’re in the area, skip the big box stores and purchase your garden supplies here. Nice selection of perennial and annual plants. Friendly and helpful staff. There is also a separate aquatic plant and supply on site that sells plants and koi. The staff at that store was also great. Definitely recommend.”
“I’ve been going here for many years and though I’ve moved away from the area, I return each year. Nice variety of flowers and veggies and he carries some items that you cannot find anywhere else. Not only that, I’m pretty sure he’ll bring in items based on his customer’s request. Nice family run operation and the experience feels very personal.”
“My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna on flower arrangements for my engagement party, and I can't recommend her highly enough! She created stunning flower arrangements that truly brought our vision to life. Her attention to detail and creativity were exceptional, and she was incredibly patient, kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Every arrangement was beautifully crafted and perfectly suited the atmosphere we wanted to create for our party. Thank you Anna for making our special day even more memorable! Five stars all the way!”
“Very user friendly and great place for all your mason, DIY, tool, gravel, sand, stone, etc. supplies. It was my first time there today and picked up a yard of stone dust for patio pavers. This place was so close to me as well and didn’t even know they were there until I found them online. I would highly recommend to my family and friends!”
“Montvale hardware is an icon in Montvale NJ … The owner is extremely accommodating even through Covid ! I highly recommended them for a big project or just a quick tube of caulk ! The BM paint section is wonderful. This place has that old school wooden creaking floor hardware feel and we in Montvale cherish it so !!!!! You must visit”
“We used Amil Yedowitz Florist for our wedding and are so happy we did! They made 11 white rose bouquets; 14 boutonnières; and 3 wrist corsages! Everything was absolutely stunning and exactly as I envisioned for our wedding! I cannot recommend them enough!!”
“Such an amazing place! I stopped by one day after picking up my wedding dress a few stores down and wanted to get a plant to commemorate our wedding weekend. I had orchids previously from grocery stores but was never able to keep them alive to rebloom. Deena recommended the cutest trio of mini fragrant phalaenopsis - I didn't even know they could be fragrant! She spent time explaining the proper care and we're going on 3 years later and they've rebloomed multiple times since. Over the years, I've become an orchid enthusiast and have returned several times to add to my personal collection and get gifts for friends & family. The plants are always so healthy and great quality, and Deena is so helpful explaining the care for each and offering advice.”
“I was headed to a birthday party and needed flowers for a planter. One of the guys working there was super helpful and even planted the flower for me. Beautiful flowers & great customer service!”
“The garden center is amazing!! Beautiful plants & flowers. Everyone who works here is super knowledgeable and helpful.. Midge is always fun to chat with!!?”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service. On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”

“The most precious and sweet owners! We had to get a boutonniere last minute and they were so helpful and able to fill my request on my timeline. I truly appreciate the customer service! Will definitely return again! Highly recommend!”
“Fire wood is seasoned. Hardwood splits easily to make sticks to start fire. Never had an issue in 2 years. Various size bundles to buy all the way up to a cord. Super friendly service. Call the number if you need help and no one is around, and use deposit box.”
“The nursery is brimming with landscaping supplies. The bushes, plants, trees, perennials and annuals are all fresh and exceptionally full. The nursery is open to contractors but you can come with them to select what you would like to have planted. They have many specimen plants and unusual varieties. Never disappointed with the company”

“This place is a gem. There are so many items to choose from. They have fresh fruit/ vegetables and shelf stabled items. There are so many other items to purchase. I noticed they had breads, cheeses and jams for sale. They still have a good variety of potted plants and trees. The young lady who waited on me was very pleasant. Please visit/support this farm. You will not be disappointed.”
