“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”

“Bruce from BTS was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a spring coil issue that caused my car to be low to the ground and undrivable. I had it originally towed by a different company and had a terrible experience with them. When i had to get the car towed again, I called Bruce and I had a completely opposite experience with me. What was an originally tedious and time-consuming task first time around was so much more smoother and quick with Bruce. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very friendly the entire time!

I went to King crash and they handled the whole situation so professionally it was so hassle free as well. They dealt with the insurance. They helped me with the rental car and they did a wonderful job on my car. I’m so pleased and so happy I would highly recommend them to anybody in the area and I give this company five stars. “Giving this shop 5 stars. I typically do all my own work on my cars/motorcycles, and usually try to learn a new skill myself before paying someone to do work for me.
Unfortunately I had a reg suspension on 1 of my vehicles that I did not get notified from the DMV about. Got pulled over on the Palisades and police had to tow the vehicle and impound it at this shop. Everyone at the shop was friendly and easy to talk to, which is a pleasure given how many shops I've spoken to that are the complete opposite vibe. Really means a lot to me. Spent some time talking to the mechanics, and it's awesome to see a shop with people working who are passionate about building cars and know what they are talking about across a range of manufactures.
If I ever needed work done, I would not hesitate to give them a call.”
